Adam Ounas

I put a lot of faith in players decisions on whom to follow and when.

He's coming!

Can someone provide a highlight reel?

Seems too out of the ordinary to be following both teams at around the same time to not be some kind of message, especially with the transfer speculation surrounding him.

Good that we've got this done nice and early, I like these quick transfers instead of the shite we have to go through every day with sagas etc.

He's listed as a Manchester United player on Wikipedia. It's official.

Looks very good in the video (yeah, I know...) - quick feet, decent crossing technique etc. Obviously far from the finished article, but I just fecking love it when we sign an exciting young player.

Looking forward to seeing which winger/s we sign this summer. Ounas, Embolo and Mkhitaryan all look very possible right now.

I'm actually surprise at how tiny he looks. Hopefully he doesn't get squash like a bug. I see similarities to Coutinho in his game.

Judging by the video i don't think he is good enough for Man Utd,too tiny for my liking.
Compared with other young wingers, for example Sane (1.84 m or 6 ft 1⁄2 in), he is tiny. However, players like Alexis Sanchez, Hazard and Coutinho have similar height and they don't have problems in the league.

Of all the targets we see to be linked with and are available his season: Embolo, Zlatan, Mhikitaryan etc, I am most excited about this guy.

Based on nothing really but his YouTube, but it is too long since we last had an attacker that has the potential to twist the blood of defenders.

What do the resident Ligue 1 watchers have to say about him?

I rate him, watched him 7 or 8 times for Bordeaux and was impressed by his dribbling at speed and lightning quick acceleration, but our actual French fans don't seem to like him much.

Not a fan of Martial?

Cheers.

Well hopefully he'll be good if we get him. Never seen him play bar that YouTube highlight reel.

I think if this goes through we'll be adding him as a squad addition and giving him time to be eased in, especially at the price mentioned, which will be good for him.

Which one of you changed his current team to "Chocolate Factory" on Wikipedia?

Ok, didn't know much about him, but from the usual sources, reminds me a bit of Hazard but with the workrate already in place. I think he'll be loaned back if we do sign him though, considering the other wingers we are being constantly linked with as well. 8m is very reasonable.

Watched the first minute of the video. He is good at running, smiling and celebrating.

On the 18th of June, Manchester United agreed a deal with Bordeaux to bring Ounas to Old Trafford in exchange for 45 million pounds plus an overused toothbrush.

His raw skills are exactly what I want from the right wing. If he can translate to the PL and improve his decision making I think he can have a very real impact.

I've downloaded and watched a few Bordeaux matches this weekend and I can see what the interest is about, but make no mistake there is a very real element of rawness about his game. In some ways it's what makes him stand out, but also needs to be harnessed for it to work.

Exciting news if true. He looks a good punt at that price.. quick, tricky.. eye for a pass.

Looks small but his style of play is well in tune with what works in the PL and what Mourinho prefers. Not too dissimilar to Mahrez but obviously has to work on the end product.

Yes, but you don't turn down a date with Megan Fox because Judy down the road is offering a relationship ;)

If Ounas doesn't fulfill his potential, clubs like Stoke etc. will still be willing to take a risk on you (eg. Bojan.) The door to joining one of the biggest clubs in the World doesn't open as frequently.
 Nice analogy.

On a more serious note, you also have to weigh the fact that a young player needs game-time to improve. Yes if you fail to make the break at a big club you'll still get another chance but you will also have lost time, and a footballer's career isn't long. You can also argue it the other way - if you succeed at your next club there will always be a bigger club interested.

Now that's what I call a proper Youtube video. Looks a cracking player.

That's made me really excited about this guy. The fact that no one rates him gives me even more confidence he's the real deal.

Looks creative, he can dribble and has decent speed at only 19 he seems to have potential at least. Sign him up!

So we are signing Embolo, Ounas and Mikitygarian. I guess Embolo will be used as a striker as a backup for Zlatan or Rashford. Depay's days look numbered tbf.

People using size to rule out signing a player like it's the 80s

Personally think he looks a very exciting young player, rapid, good technique and does his bit defensively too. Would love us to sign him, he wouldn't cost the earth, and if it doesn't work out so what.
