Adam Ounas

You are right but why go after our "worst" top talent? Dembélé was the most impressive, so Dortmund decided to sign him, Nkoudou is now followed by Juventus, Lyon are apparently willing to make some room for Cornet and Lemar has outperformed all of them.

In my opinion in term of performances: Lemar>Cornet>Nkoudou>Dembélé>Ounas with Dembélé being the most talented.

The thing is, it's 'in your opinion'. What you think is worst or the order that you've suggested, that's totally your opinion. Someone else might have a different opinion than that and hence a different order to yours one. I definitely have a different one. Our scouts probably have a different opinion than you and me, other clubs scouts probably have completely ones to all of us.
At the end of the day, it's just an opinion, not a fact. No one knows who would end up as being the better in five years' time. Some formed their opinion by watching him play while others from YouTube clips. Some watched him more while some like me watched a few. Our different opinions at this moment doesn't prove or disprove anything.

We'll just have to trust our scouts that they make the best call.

I made it perfectly clear that my opinion worth nothing.

I'm not sure if you're taking it too personally but that's not what I wanted or intended.
Your opinion does carry its weight with those who trust you when it comes to French players. I'm not questioning that or to be precisely, who am I to question that?
It's an open forum and we all are entitled to have our opinions as long as it's done respectfully.

No, I'm just being blunt.

I agree with you from the list you made that Ounas was behind in terms of (consistent) performances. But I feel that with Ounas he has a blend of pace and dribbling ability that none on the list can match. Though Dembele is for me is the biggest talent of the bunch. Cornet is physically more developed compared to Ounas and has better decision making, but I don't think his ceiling is as high. I haven't been overly impressed with N'koudou tbh. He's pacey and is two footed, but is lacking for me in terms of end product. I feel you are giving Lemar too much credit, as I haven't seen too much in him bar good free kicks and crosses.
Oumar is the least complete of the list, in that he is very erratic and his decision making is poor, but for me bar Dembele I'd much rather get Ounas compared to the rest.

Looks a bit too Januzaj at the minute, flashes of brilliance in those edited highlight videos that show what he could be capable of producing more consistently with a few more seasons of regular first team football but not in our first team.

Not everyone who thinks Ounas is more talent4ed than our 2 French posters are going off YT vids. I made a thread on him back in January and watched him several times after that, I think his potential is second only to Dembele from the crop being mentioned.

I also rate Dembele (and Coman) higher but I wasn't able to watch Ounas properly.

In your opinion, how good is Ounas compared with Sane?

I can see him run all day. Be the godfather to my children Ounas.

Ounas and Sane are similar in that both are very fast, good dribblers and good in tight spaces, but very inconsistent with their decision making in the final 3rd. Sane has the physical advantage with his height though.

Maybe we told him to stop being so blatantly obvious and he liked the other clubs to cover it up.

Someone is desperately trying to throw off the scent!

On a serious note, this has been dragged on for quite some time now where as our recent transfer activities suggest if we want someone we get him before the media get the wind of it.

That is the follow history of the guy who took the screenshot . Of all the accounts ounas follows, only Dortmund martial and United that user follow

He is following Monaco, Sevilla, Napoli, Lyon, Chelsea, Juventus, Real Madrid, United and Bordeaux.

Ounas follows those accounts. But the 'following' on the side refers to accounts followed by the guy who took the image on Twitter

Looks like he follows 94 twitter accounts. Many of them footballers (mostly French), and 10 clubs:
  • Olympique Lyonnais
  • AS MONACO
  • Borussia Dortmund
  • Chelsea FC
  • Sevilla FC
  • SSC Napoli
  • Juventus FC
  • Real Madrid
  • Manchester United
  • FC Girondins Bordeaux <= plays for
Not Barca, PSG, nor Bayern. I think this above is the reverse order he started following too. So FC Girondins Bordeaux 1st club, United 2nd, Olympique Lyonnais last; and the first footballer he'd have followed would be Zlatan.

Someone has way too much time on their hands.

Surely having the follow option available means he isn't following them?

The accounts with "follow" are followed by Ounas, the accounts with "following" are followed by the poster and Ounas.

Go to twitter.
Enter "Adam Ounas" into the search field and search for him.
Top of the list is: @A_Ounas22 his account. Click on it.
It says he's following 94. Click on that number 94.
It reveals a list of 94 accounts he's following.
If the Follow button is blue that means you are both following; otherwise a grey Follow button means only Adam Ounas is following.
Twitter is pretty simple like that. In other words the follow option selected shows the accounts you're following. The list shows the accounts he's following.

Next step: analysis of all his contacts on Facebook, Skype and World of Warcraft.

Any journalist here who worked for News of the World specialized in phone hacking?

I heard he's pro-Ork, so I guess he'd be open to playing alongside Rooney.

I wonder if players are allowed to LARP during matches. I'd love to see the battle of helms deep re-enacted in the next manchester derby.

Will you lads leave the house and go and do something instead of trawling through footballers twitter accounts looking for clues it's not normal.

I might be wrong but all this crazy thing are just showing his immaturity and recklessness. I might be wrong he might try to push for the move lol

This ones gone quiet for a while now. You'd think with the player not being at the european championships that if it was going to happen it would have happened by now.
