Wait until we see who Zen would've voted for if you want. I'd just say Dan was the winner personally, the poll was set for a day so the clock screwing up is just a bit of bad luck - unexpected things happen in a game of football all the time.

I voted for Cold boy. Better overall team, doesn't really matter if Beckham is too advanced or whatever, he's still gonna do a Beckham esque job of covering a lot of milage, pinging in beauties and some tidy passing. Prefer the defence(except for Goalie and Cafu)...prefer the midfield, Keane-Ballack are far too smart to not to be able to work together as dual B2B's, Ronaldo is Ronaldo and all, but I just think Cold Boys would win this...Dan could do with getting rid of Edmundo and finding someone to allow him to go proper 4231 or something, I would of preferred Denilson over him.

Not sure what you mean about Edmundo, he was a very good player - back in his Fiorentina days he was brilliant, not sure why you don't rate him at his peak. I think him and Ronaldo would work very well together.
I wanted to stick to Brazil's traditional 4-2-2-2 formation - with the width provided by the fullbacks, so Denilson just doesn't fit in. Having him and Serginho on the left would be a bit pointless really.
So what next? Penalty shootout? Flip a coin? Or is Brwned going to step in as referee and rule Zen's vote/goal offside? ....
i think the penalty shoot out idea was the best - choose 5 players each and revote!
If people want to do this that's fine, someone will need to monitor the time though because the shortest the poll can be put on for is 1 day - there's no way of doing hours, it's only days.

How are you seriously going to judge a penalty shootout? There's no way of knowing how one would go. Besides Irwin, what great penalty taker have you known who has not missed a crucial penalty?

actually I remember in one of the other fantasy drafts that someone plugged a few of the teams into FM to see what the results would be - would be cool if anyone could be arsed to do that again!
How about Dan and Cold_Boy just pick a winner, or draw, in each of the EL matches tonight and whoever wins that wins it? Then at least if they lose it's their own fault.

I don't think the Penalty Shootout would be the smartest approach. One approach to ask the 5 modmins to vote on this. Whoever wins out of that is a clear winner.

This game is over, but in future I suggest non-participating cafite votes should be the next decision level.
Its over? Who has won... I think if we are settling it now without any decider then seeing as when the poll was closed I was winning then it should be a win for me.
