2024 UEFA Champions League final — Borussia Dortmund vs Real Madrid — Wembley, Sat 1 June 20:00 BST

Feck Dortmund. Real probably could have stayed in the dressing room and still won that game.

I like Madrid as a club a lot but this really does have 'Man City winning the Premier League' vibes...

Dortmund didn't grab their chances.. could have parked the bus to a win with a +1 early.

Winning the CL without 2 key defenders all season. Next time someone tells you you can’t play good football and win things with injuries, take it with a pinch of salt.
@BenitoSTARR
At this stage we should just rename the competition into "Real-Madrid-Cup-just-occasionally-not."
And people were saying it was Ronaldo. It's Real Madrid and UCL. They don't have to be the best to win it; other teams do (apart from Chelsea).
Could Vini thrive in a false 9 type role with Mbappe to the left and whoever on the right, and drop Jude deeper?
Honestly, Bellingham has nothing in his game to suggest he is indispensable. I'd bench
Bellingham if he wins the Euros.
Terrible choice. Devalues the award.

Outside of City it feels like no one else in Europe is really that good right now, or really for the last couple years, so the CL almost feels like a procession for real. Added to that, in a lot of matches they generally look second best for large chunks of them but find a couple moments of magic to win it, so for me there is something of a jaded feel to it.

Its mad to think about that cos Moyes got sacked and lvg didn't rate him, Kroos went to Madrid and now has six cl winners medals

Can't believe Dortmund bottled it. I just can't believe it. Shocked I am.

Good Saturday night out in London

Let's get proper pissed now

First 70mins were horrendous. Thank god for international football.

In an alternate timeline, Kroos comes here and wastes a few seasons of his career under Moyes, LVG and possibly Jose, meanwhile Real don't get him. Do Real win as much as they have done in the last decade without Kroos?

Arsenal and Reals set piece coaches must kill themselves laughing at the sort of mindless shit we produce on corners.

Just a particular front post zone to play the ball in at a decent pace. Send 3-4 best aerial players to attack that area. Profit
You son of a bitch I’m in!
He knows what he's doing.
Get the butthole enhancing gym wear ready?

Real winning the CL while somewhat expected they never really do it the easy way.

Got away with a lot early on and eventually took over in the second half. Overall a shite game of football, settled by a setpiece and a mistake.
