Thanks for dropping 30m on this race, Chuck.
This is fecking political malpractice. Sure, Hogan was a popular governor, but MD is a deep deep blue state with one of the highest level of education attainment in the US.
Just awful to see this happening to American women in the year 2024.
Texas, if you vote blue, Trump and Cruz will be gone. Please do it.
Thanks for dropping 30m on this race, Chuck.

For the record, i never hear Cruz say it was up to the people of Texas, he keeps saying its up to the legislature, which is gerrymandered to shit, i reckon.
The sad thing is, because of the church takeover of hospitals, this can happen in states that allow abortions. California files a lawsuit against a religious hospital that did something similar.

100%. Another problem is the IRS needs more resources to do that, and Congress will never provide them the money. Its high time to tax the churches in the US, they have done blatant political stuff for decades, but nobody wants to go there, as it is political suicide.

Collins ran ahead of Trump by 18 pts in ME in 2020, that's probably why Ds got spooked when they saw Hogan running, but Hogan would need to outrun Trump by like 25 pts there to win, in a state that doesn't have a lot of wwc low edu voters!I just hope they are voting party lines. I am flooded with nasty anti-Alsobrooks ads and I hope it's not making an impact.
Sooo…eugenics! You're probably right but I think marshalling all benefits in favor of legalized abortion is a good thing overall. Which reminds of this:
“Legalized abortion is estimated to have reduced violent crime by 47% and property crime by 33% over this period, and thus can explain most of the observed crime decline,” Donohue and Levitt write.
You are unbelievably stupid if you meant that.Sooo…eugenics!
Meanwhile a pregnant teenager from Texas has died after being refused emergency treatment in THREE hospitals. That poor girl. It's just so sad this could happen in this day and age. fecking disgusting.
Not good timing at all and certainly not great optics for Trump.
I expect Hogan to get 10-15% better than the average Republican. That would put him at about 45%, give or take. Maybe 47%.I just hope they are voting party lines. I am flooded with nasty anti-Alsobrooks ads and I hope it's not making an impact.

Churches and religious organizations have always run/controlled hospitals in the US, it's not a new thingWait what? Churches control certain hospitals now in the States?
Honestly, handmaid's tale is slowly becoming reality or something.
There's an open Senate seat race in Maryland, a 65-35 Democratic state. Republicans persuaded Larry Hogan, a popular 2 term ex governor there to run, and the DSCC/WinSenate PAC that fund Dem Senate candidates have dropped ~ 30m into that race despite it being safer than safe. Now we have early vote data that shows a similar environment to 20 or better, meaning the fund have been diverted from more critical races, including OH, TX and possibly FL, as well as the 3 seats in the Blue Wall. What do you mean? I don't have the context I think.
This must be a joke, surely?!The Mormon church has over $100billion in its investment portfolio

Don't often post this sort of stuff, but man, Sam Harris made this weasel squirm.
Somehow, Ben Shapiro is the one with a huge following, and Harris with a much smaller one by comparison, sad stuff.
