everyone thought clinton was, as all the polls said, going to win by a massive landslide. it quickly turned sour.
Brexit wasn't even half a year before and had similar predictions. From memory loads were worried.

back to the cnn wall and the twenty million american counties where we go back twenty years comparing vote turn out. only in america.

Fox and CNN both saying whoever wins Pennsylvania wins the election. It looks like Harris is very slightly ahead from data so far

Elon is holding a live discussion at the moment, and his mother is currently speaking. She's talking about how her sister told her "you really have to follow Fox News, they are very honest"

I thought that dad on CNN was about to turn heel there.

A lot of us were, it was pretty rough going.

Slightly off your topic but this time 4 years ago was pretty low for me, my Mum died unexpectedly a few days before the election and I called it an early night feeling utterly miserable as everything was pointing towards 4 more years of Trump. The next day was a breath of fresh air.
Sorry to hear that, I hope its another breath of fresh air tomorrow

the three of those states, northern, are 50/50. it's probably correct in the sense that there could/would be bleed in (bellweather stuff). but if trump wins any of those three states, he wins the election imo. haven't changed from my opinion a few days ago with NV basically irrelevant (assuming Trump takes GA and NC).

Brian Cox biting his tongue listening to Boris ramble on about how Trump supports Ukraine

Feck, Trump up 66% to 33% in Kentucky, I know it's early days but hard to imagine how Kamala is supposed to get that back to 50/50.

Hehe bite

Michigan is definitely not 50/50. More 75-25% in Harris' favour.

maybe. not by any polls I've seen tbh. she was only narrowly leading. The question is if the Arab vote makes a dent here. It could swing it.

edit: actually, new polls give it to harris by about 60% to 40%. we'll see.

This looks so weird in dark mode.

Bait used to be believable.

Don’t get me stressed like that!

 you thought Kentucky and Indiana were up for grabs, or were you just that worried about my mental state?

Never underestimate the desire of people on Redcafe to assure you that water is wet.

It’s a sorry state that anything is believable. I don’t want to live in a world where all my snark has to be followed by an /s :(

Also:

Water isn’t wet.

this twatty pedant is correct, sadly.

No, its not going to swing it, margin is too big, if you look at 2020 with now.
