2021 Summer Olympics (Tokyo)

BBC just switched iPlayer coverage from USA vs France in Basketball to Dressage!

Livid is an understatement.
They keep doing it. I was watching some table tennis, badminton and then something else yesterday and they just cut away in the middle of the matches every time. They never go back either to even find out the result. The coverage has been absolute trash so far.

Is this a straight knockout game between the USA and France?

Watching France v USA in the basketball, great game France lead by two!

Nevermind. Just seen the wiki page. Most teams qualify from their group just like the Euros. Lame.

I see there were a couple wild football results and a five red cards this morning. France/South Africa, Germany/Saudi, Honduras/New Zealand appear to have been fantastic matches for neutrals.

They don’t deserve to win if you’re missing two wide open 3s like that.

"That's not an intentional trip" - American commentator on Eurosport
I think he said it was 'definitely' not an intentional trip which is even worse.

Team USA really bleu it there.

So is horse dancing, I know which I prefer.

The Street final was cool, and had a real upset with the US's Nyjah Huston walking away empty-handed.
For sure, it makes sense given Snowboarding has always been a Winter Olympic sport.

Dancing with a horse isn’t a sport in my opinion. And I think there is some animal cruelty involved too in the training methods.
