Tonight’s hearing starts at midnight our time. Meant to be the last one for some time, they need the season finale to end with a punch!
Their tactic is delay, last week the defense claimed that they had misunderstood the judges’ rulings… all lined up for an appeal, I suspect.

Really interesting hearing. I thought Kinzinger’s closing was really good. I wouldn’t vote for that guy ever, but he held nothing back.

Two years is the max for his two guilty verdicts. The sentence will be far closer to 60 days though.
