This primary is over sadly. Pitiful how easy it's going for Biden.
Puts he idea Sanders could have beaten Trump in the bin.
America is not ready. Clinton was just a monumentally bad candidate.

If the primaries don't happen on time, then the Presidential election won't happen on time. So are we looking at the possibility of a first term for Trump that's longer than any other Presidential term before him?

And if that is even remotely possible, i think it would be safe to say that my feelings of impending doom over the last year or so were not unfounded. The world really is heading toward some sort of massive paradigm shift.

Sanders needs to call it quits today. A lot of people are still donating to him and those people are just flushing their money down the drain.

The November elections can't be postponed so either Trump or Biden will be elected on that day.

I always thought there was room in the middle but not so sure anymore.

Would be great if there was. Unfortunately, all credible third parties eventually get subsumed into one of the two existing ones depending on where their members fall on the political spectrum. In the age of network homophily, there's a good case to be made that we are moving away from the possibility of a third party and towards increased, tribal entrenchment among the existing two.

Some good news for progressives . Marie Newman defeated Conservative Democrat Dan Lipinski in Illinois primary.

What a horrible view. Innocent people will die ffs
People will die due to the Wuhan virus? or the recession?

I never said the virus is a good thing, I said that a recession this year so he loses the election is a good thing.

I had to look it up. I'm not anti-Trump on everything, I actually thought he's handling China & Xi quite well.
I'm not against pressing China on some of the trade issues, but the way he did it was his typical scatter-brain approach and was very disruptive at the time. I know it's small peanuts now, but it was creating a few messes at the time.

Also if the US and China weren't so antagonistic at this time, which I think was also caused by his inflammatory speech on this issue the past 3 years, we might've gotten much better cooperation on figuring out a few more things about this virus back in December/January, before it had really made it's way to the US or Europe. Not that it's reasonable to think that it cold have been prevented, you just know that cooperation has been really poor and wonder how the outcome might be slightly better if that weren't the case.
