70% of Republicans think the election was rigged and that number will only increase.
I think the country is finished.
70% of Republicans that's not the majority of America. When the dust settles and that fool is no longer the center of attention people will start to slowly realize it was for the best. They'll start accepting the fact that we're at a better place. Slow progress is better than no progress.

I wonder if this how everyone in the USSR felt when the country was ceasing to exist in 1992?
Its different, since every SSR that made the union , always wanted to be independent nations , and were artificially and forcefully stiched together.

Its a tremendous chunk of the population. You can't ignore that, not to mention Trump is not going away and will keep this fire burning.

so they took him and his family away to Hawaii.

Trump should like Hawaii, plenty of golf courses!

Donald will no doubt see such a banishment as his equivalent to a 'Napoleon type' Exile...but will it be the Elba (300days) experience, or his Saint Helena date with destiny? (Lets hope he has not seen the film and/or got that far in the book!)

Moreover, I'd take the 70% figure with a big pinch of salt. For example, a Reuters/Ipsos poll said the figure was 52%.

Edit: since around 239m Americans are eligible to vote, and of these 70m voted for Trump. 52% of 70m is 36.4m, which represents just 15% of those eligible to vote.

Don't know about 'draining the swamp', if as it looks increasing possible, the running the country will become akin to a Mexican-standoff then 'the swamp' will just get deep, thicker and more deadly than ever.
The Democrats previous attempt to impeach Trump, will not only look like a 'failed coup' when viewed from the history books, but also might well be seen as the opening engagement in a long running politicized 'civil war' where the only winners were America's enemies.

It's Obama's home state. Being stuck there would drive him insane.

Rudy's press conference is embarassing. It's not even laughable, it's just sad and absurd.

 Watched it live .He was melting on stage. And what is the point of dying what little hair he as.

Jenna Ellis just said "media team" instead of "legal team". This conference is an absolute mess.

This is just sad.

He isn't even good at being a loser despite having a lot of practice.

This is literally the best of Trumps legal team remaining, and all they have is dementedly ranting about debunked conspiracy theories whilst Rudy's face literally melts on camera

This is embarrassing

There's going to be a Downfall-like film covering all of this one day thats going to become the most memed thing in history

How is any of this legal

The fact it's haphazard does make it a bit less serious, in fairness. The Trump administration has been exceptionally bad in litigation, for the most part. On everything from the environment to immigration to voting. And that's almost entirely down to them picking the wrong battles in an embarrassingly scattergun approach. He's doing a lot now to cement that as his legacy. He really is an amazingly incompetent person in most respects, with terrible judgment of allies.

The same % thought that Obama was born in Kenya. This is what happens when you dumb down your supporters.

 Yeah.

He was sweating so much his hair dye started pouring off. Either that or the evil couldn't contain itself any more.
It's adrenachrome. The q should check Wayfair and see how many $10,000 armoires were listed this week. Maybe the chairman of the California chapter who claims he is from the future has the answer.
Is there a dumber organism than an American Republican? A serious question to be asked.
