It's hard for anyone, even a giant cnut like Cheeto boy, to take a giant talking dildo seriously, so it's going to take a bit.Any chance Jared could hurry the feck up? He approaches slower than Nevada counts ballots.

Yes, because he needs an opening argument for those Court appearances.
I can't believe how far Giuliani has fallen, considering he was an admired leader immediately after 9/11.
What a clown:
England is just as fecked up as us really.I mean, that is an open goal with the ball half-way over the line question.
You won’t find me vouching for the sensibilities of Sleepy Joe."Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black." and telling someone they should vote for Trump for daring to criticize the (definitely not racist) Obama-era deportations were both during this election, right?
If he's changed it's certainly subtle, I give you that.
Whats Irelands views on abortion?
Not really. Massively oversimplification.
Hypothetical...
If one party had me believe my tax would go up, my current civil liberties would be infringed upon, my business is at risk of temporary closure, and that unchecked immigration would see the environment I know and loved, changed forever.... I’d probably be able to ignore the racism.
Key line there is ‘Had me believe’. I could absolutely rationalise voting for someone racist if it protected my personal situation.
All of us have these kind of internal battles.
I’ve travelled extensively around America (but nothing like enough). 40-50 year old Republican Conservatives just remind me of my 85 year old grandfather (would have been 94 now). Heck, my father had some terrible views just 20 years ago.
Reducing America’s problems to sentence on a sandwich board... is evidence of the cause of those problems.
That is a solid fact. The crazy thing is a big injection of democratic socialism and immigration would help these states improve dramatically. They would have a lot to offer this nation as a whole if they didn't wallow in fear and misery. Texas and Georgia should be the beacon going forward. A diverse population next to people who don't have to worry about ridiculous employer funded health care would help a lot. This country is a fecking joke and the stupidity from the masses totally covers over the decent parts. If this country split in 2 based on political leanings I do believe my Trump loving brothers and sisters would come in for a shock. I think (so please don't take this as 100% fact) I read that somewhere in the range of 70+% of the USA's GDP comes from blue states. Most red states (maybe not Texas??) are net takers from the federal government (i.e. they receive more in funding then they pay in). This fact always makes me chuckle when I see conservatives rail about socialism and wealth redistribution.

Tried watching the opening monologue. Chapelle was pretty meh. He had few jokes but trails off eventually.Do Americans actually find SNL funny? I'm a Brit so I've never understood if there's some cultural thing at play or it's just terrible.

I see you went to the Red Dreams School of Paragraphing.
I see you went to the failed comedians school for joke writers.
Im not picking a fight with anyone.
But it’s clear as day that throwing 300m people onto a huge land mass is going to see pockets of different ideas flourish.
I’m as liberal as they come. I’m not advocating Right wing politics. But I can understand Republican voters.
Your point speaks to mine. If states or block-regions had to live and die on their own benefits and weaknesses they’d be forced to assimilate principles and change aspects of their psyche.
Tweet me your guess?!

OK Rudy, my guess is that Republicans concerned were excluded because either (a) they had no proper credentials; or (b) were harassing/abusing the vote counting staff.
So, off you go and prove my guess in court as promised.Thanks.
The voting electorate increases every election cycle on both sides, it’s math. Yes, Trump did have unforeseen positive gains in many voting blocs, but there’s also a lot of incumbency bias in those figures.Don't be so certain about that. Trump managed to massively increase his number of votes this election, and it took a record breaking figure for Biden to defeat him.
If Trumpism and his fanbase holds, they will turnout similarly in 2024. It's hard to see Biden managing the same again. That's not a slight on him or what I think he'll be like as president, it's just the norm that a sitting president's votes diminish in their second race. Amongst other ways, this is where Trump was - and will continue to be - the anomaly.
What could stop him though is a huge tax bill/twitter bans/not being able to raise sufficient campaign funding. I'd wager that all these are pretty likely, him not being able to win a presidential election campaign re-run in 2024 if it comes to it, less so.
All I know is he was a driving factor into fighting the Mafia in NYC. Don't know anything about his mayor reign though, how do New Yorkers think about him?
Not really. Massively oversimplification.

Kushner's no doubt worried that this whole thing will derail Ivankas plans for 2024.
I can just picture the conversation...
Kusher: Sir, I realise this is painful for you, but maybe now would be a good time to start thinking about Ivanka?
Trump: I don't know Jared, maybe you're right, maybe jerking off would make me feel a bit better. Its certainly worth a shot.
There was probably a point somewhat early in his presidency where the holders of many secrets in the government actively began to try to keep them from him. They probably had some success in doing so. Happens with all presidents to a certain degree, probable never more so than with Trump. You’re joking, but can you imagine Donald Trump with all the secrets he knows? I can easily imagine him yapping about it with his golf «buddies». «Hey, did I tell you about Roswell? I have the BEST stories to tell».
Oh I see what you did there, you took the thing I said and turned it around on me! Gottem.
What a clown:
Indeed. Seems to be very much understimated. I get it though - most western countries at least dont grow nearly at the same pace as we do. I just looked it up - in 2009 when Obama was first elected we had about 24 million people less (!!) than now.The voting electorate increases every election cycle on both sides, it’s math. Yes, Trump did have unforeseen positive gains in many voting blocs, but there’s also a lot of incumbency bias in those figures.
Let’s not think that the net increase in votes he earned was just due to his perceived brilliance. by voters.
Do Americans actually find SNL funny? I'm a Brit so I've never understood if there's some cultural thing at play or it's just terrible.
Unfortunately, many of these non-voters have a lot of ‘-isms’ that will be tapped into in the coming years. It will truly be a race to the bottom. There is one thing that really worries me about all this. If about 150M Americans voted and Biden won the popular vote by about 3M, that still leaves about 72M Americans who totally think voting a narcissistic sociopath into office is totally cool.

Pretty sure he got me too'ed by about a dozen women.Where’s Piven been recently?
I spent 20 years in the reddest of red states (Alabama) and 100% believe they are not a lost cause. The conservative voters out there are so freaking brainwashed, and it is being done by their local politicians to keep them in check. I am not saying that there are not racist/sexist assholes there, there are, just as the is in other red and blue states. However, there are a lot more good people who just want to live a good life but are hurting right now. The sinister part is that their local politicians, just like Trump, do not spread a message of "I see your pain, lets try and fix it". Instead they spread the message of "I see your pain and its <insert "Other" group> fault". From Fox News to ESPECIALLY local talk radio, that is the continuous message. The only way this is going to be fixed is by somehow, and I don't have any idea how, removing the lies and sinister ideals from our society.
Which is crazy when you consider that the birth rate is under 2 at the moment. The MEDIAN (not average, cuz f_ck that guy) age of an American has increased 10 years since 1970 and as gone up a full year since 2010. We may have more people, but they are trending older. When the boomers begin dropping in large numbers there is going to be a sizeable demographic shift I think.Indeed. Seems to be very much understimated. I get it though - most western countries at least dont grow nearly at the same pace as we do. I just looked it up - in 2009 when Obama was first elected we had about 24 million people less (!!) than now.
Thought Chappelle was pretty weak.
"Did I trigger you?"
"What is this, a woke meeting?"
Talk about low-hanging punchlines.
