Most congressional districts are gerrymandered like crazy, so most seats are solidly red or solidly blue, no matter what is going on.
Republicans have dominated the state and local legislatures so they've been able to gerrymander more districts than the Democrats across the country. Hence there are more solidly red congressional districts than solidly blue.

The problem was never with Clinton's chance of winning. His move put her directly at odds with a mythically revered law enforcement agency and turned off independents who would give her straight tickets before, but now split it due to 'checks and balances'. That, and the momentary panic it caused spurred despondent GOP voters to get off their asses. This influx of vote for downballot Rs give them the edge.
I'm actually amazed why people couldn't see this. Comey helped his party out bigly.
I doubt that. 60-70% of the country still have to vote on Tuesday. If anyone was on the fence about Hillary, this will definitely help.

One thing i didnt realise was the results we are getting from early votes (i.e Nevada) aren't actually vote results (i did think it was weird allowing that) but just the party that the voter is a registered supporter. Don't think that really means much, could be plenty of registered democrats voting trump
Watch Fox News bury the latest FBI story and lead with a claim that Hillary's emails were printed on paper made by Clinton Foundation bonded-slaves in a mill in North Korea.
Not sure they'll want to portray that as a bad thing...if they get their way on Tuesday the US and North Korea will develop into best buddies.
They're historically predictive, show highly increased latino turnout and polls don't show much in the way of Democrats deserting to Trump.
More Republicans will desert to Clinton than will Democrats to Trump.
