That's a bit like saying I don't believe the Saville children because they only came forward after he died. Trump's been recorded saying he does exactly what they claim, and has been sued over being a groper in the past. These aren't new sudden allegations, all that's happened is the dam broke and the numbers are adding up. It's a phenomenon that follows the same precedent set by prolific sexual aggressors like Crosby, Saville and many others.
That's a good analysis, but was the strategy really that risky or once in a generation level politicking? Clever, sure, but risky? Rubio and Cruz both tried to fight back against Trump at his own game and it just did not work. It failed miserably actually and it made them both look very weak. Was there really any other option? It is not as simple as that, but I think any competent politician would do the same
By framing the debates as they do, they're putting Trump on a pedestal as if he was this really competent and clever mover and shaker. Trump's campaign seemed terribly disorganized and constantly in flux, he was impossible to control (which was part of his appeal that seemed to wear off after the whole sexual assault thing) and his own party has not been willing to fully support him. So I agree with him, her performances during the debates were good and she exploited his weaknesses to shine the light off of her numerous inconsistencies and faults. It was very clever how her campaign set the tone for the debates by focusing on issues in the lead up that they knew would get Trump riled up.
However, for a guy who has had numerous books written about him that explore his idiosyncrasies and deep seated insecurities, exploiting the weaknesses of a raging mad man who can't stand his own name being spoken or someone telling him that he has small hands is not exactly LBJ level political maneuvering
Credit to Hillary, she did very well throughout the debates, but it still can't be forgotten that if she wasn't such a relatively unpopular and uninspiring politician herself, her lead would be even more significant.
IBD/TIPP still have Trump + 1 for the second day on a row. I hope it will turn out to be rubbish pollster this year.

Well, almost all polls tell a different story. More importantly, state polls go with them, so hopefully it will turn out to be a rubbish year for IBD.
If she's a trained actor it will come out. If she isn't then anything anyone perceives as a performance is most likely an unsubstantiated misreading. It's worth bearing in mind that the majority of people who aren't media trained will seem unnatural in front of cameras. The people we're used to seeing on TV have usually spent most of their lives in front of cameras. Hence a noticeable difference between their presentation and that of untrained people.
The timing is simply because Trump told Cooper he hadn't done the things he said he had done in the audio.

The women's stories have mostly come across as fake to me. At least the ones I've seen talking on camera. Especially the airplane one.
