The moderators should have brought up Clinton calling African Americans "super predators" on the issue of crime and violence. She's called Bernie supporters 'people who live in their parents basements'
They should have also brought up the fact that countries like Saudi Arabia, a country that oppresses women, opponents of the ruling family and is arming extremists like Al Nusra front in Syria, has donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation even when she was Secretary of State. A foreign government having power over a political leader of another country by way of donations to their foundation is ridiculous. It'll never be brought up though.

Sorry to nick one of Cenk from the Young Turks catchphrases but OF COUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURSE he didn't. He doesn't have a fecking clue about anything but himself. He doesn't listen to anyone, ever. I said he would say he wants lots of Justice Scalia's when asked the Supreme Court Judge question, simply because he's the only one he knows. He's never ever mentioned another judges name, ever! He repeats the same names when discussing generals and war heroes. Everything he says is something he has mentioned for months. He's actually worse than Palin. He's a fecking moron, and if I'm honest, I'm actually disappointed that Clinton didn't finish him off properly. Maybe that's why Bill felt the need to have numerous affairs all the time.

His campaign manager said he shes with trump until the "end unless...." They called her on it and she gave a bs answer....she's certainly concerned about more shit coming out about him.
That's a theory played by one guy on CNN: If she had burried him, Trump might drop out (too) quickly.
It's like she won 3 - 0 in the away leg and just wanted to play it nice and safe for the home tie.

Drumpf said he's not as bad as ISIS. He disagreed with his running mate and he didn't know what the hell he was talking about on energy and an Aleppo in spite of repeating that he knows more than the 200 generals. For voters, he was effective in pushing that he's not the usual politician. After declaring Pence won the debate because he didn't interrupt, following same standards, Trump must have lost this in landslide.
Clinton didn't address her email leaks by Wikileaks effectively and ducked her TPP stance. Clinton was steady and composed. She played it safe instead of going for the kill. She won marginally and she will let Trump's controversy bleed out.

What he does and says is far worse than Palin, but he's far more savvy and calculated. You don't get the be the nominee without some kind of coherent campaign plan. His rhetoric is very calculated, you can't deny it. Even if it's unpalatable, you can nevertheless detect elements of strategic coaching. He knows where he wants to attack her, and does it. It's just that he relies on lowest common denominator shock material in order to do it. It's animal baiting.
I'm surprised that she didn't completely destroy him the first time out. But yeah, Clinton should have done far better tonight. I'm not sure the debates will make much difference though, most voters are surely decided by now.
I'd buy that. After all that happened this weekend, she just needed to hold serve, and a town hall isn't the best forum for an attack either, IMO.
True, although this reminded me of the Biden/Palin debate in 2008, where expectations on one side were so low that a decent performance was hailed as game changing.

I think he's done, and there is much worse to come out, of that i'm sure. Apparently Mark Cuban has just come out and said he will pay the £5Million clause to anyone from the Apprentice who released the behind the scene tapes. BUT! Lots of people online are suggesting that the Clinton campaign have already got their hands on it which is why Hillary appeared so smug tonight, she knows what is going to be released in the coming days. Makes a lot of sense I think.
She just isn't that good. She doesn't really inspire confidence. It's just that the other candidate is a complete liability.
I don't think it was deliberate on her part but I do think it was the net effect. He did enough to keep going but not enough to alter the momentum against him.
Clinton took a conservative approach because she had no need to go on the attack, not because she wants to keep the Trump campaign on life support.

Yeah, with everything going on outside the debate it was probably her best course too, especially if the rumours of worse to come is true.

The reason why I would find the theory plausible is that in my view, she'd lose against Pence in case they replace Drumpf by him soon enough.
Exactly what I think. Strong suspicion on it being racist because she really strangely let him off on his rants about blacks and Latinos.
They know he got nothing to lose going into the debate so didn't want to get down and dirty too much, take the hit, let him win a bit of respite and drop the bomb after the 3rd debate.

That can't be everything? Only 6 things said by Clinton that were checked on. I watched some of it and I remember her being more clear than that in the debate.
