It's at 90 seconds and I can't change it to 60 at this point unfortunately. It will depend on the people in the draft because the absent owners will just default to autodraft after the first missed pick.

I forgot about the draft for my work league on Thur eve, but ended up with an OK team. Probably need to make a few trades though.

I suggest following some of the guides online for an order - don't get a QB until round 4/5 for example, and leave the second QB till round 11

Same as last year, went in with a plan and plenty of research and it all went out of the window inside the first round. So many of the players I had my eyes on went much earlier than I ever expected.

It depends on your order but you can pick up anyone from the Free Agents list. But lets say your waiver order is 9 out of 14 and Im 7 out of 14. We decide to pick up the same player tomorrow, I will get him because my waiver order is higher. But once you pick up a player your waiver order number goes down. It fluctuates every week depending on your activity.
