3rd place for me which isn't bad for my first fantasy football season. Bit frustrated that my team can produce 88 points last week and then 138 this week.

We need to do at least three leagues. No more than 10 people per league. Makes it so much more interesting.
I think 12 teams is fine. 14+ is when it starts getting ridiculous. People are then forced to start backup players.
We had 14 plus 10 last year and that with two players per team. We can easily stretch it out to 30 teams. Drafts are quicker, more people get to have their own team, league is more competitive and its more interesting.
For the most part, all that's true. I think some people wanted to pair up with someone last year cos either they didn't know much about American football or fantasy teams, in general.
I think a keeper league would work well since there seems to be a decent amount of interest.
