I have to admit I've never understood the resentment for the 'U-S-A' chant. No worse than 'Come on England' or any of that. The 'get in the hole' thing exists at Euro tournaments I've seen as well.

It seemed very 'un-golf'.
Its not the 'get in the hole' crsp that really bothers me, its annoying but they're supporting their own players, its the cheering when European players miss putts or go in the water and the shouts of 'get in the water/bunker' when people tee off that i dont like
The Yank crowds do that all the time, it is really annoying.
