Us bidding for morata is confirmation lukaku is going to Chelsea. Not that we needed it, I rate morata as a better player than lukaku. I just don't think lukaku would be as consistent as we would need. Morata has performed when called upon and his mins to goal ratio is bettered only by Messi, I believe.

As someone who watched him playing for Castilla on Real Madrid tv quite regularly, all I ever saw was a bang average striker. He's done nothing since those days to change my view of him. I could care less that he's scored a few important goals, so has Jesse Lingard, you're not gonna sell him as anything other than a bang average player either.
