He wouldve been fine as a backup.. a main striker (someone like a Kane.. haha).. Rashford from the left or backup if needed and Hojlund from the bench.. That wouldve been fine I think.
Throwing him in and pinning our hopes on him is us being desperate .. not helping anyone.

But the transition to attack is so laboured.

It be a system issue if they weren't getting chances to score. They get chances to score and don't, it's on them as it is any system issue.
When you bring in a 19 year old striker, with very few minutes at his old club, he has to be rotated with an experienced striker. We always needed 2 CF in the summer. The incompetence to waste £70m on a prospect when we didn’t even have a starting striker.We are so toothless. Højlund doesn't contribute with anything really, does he? I know that he doesn't get much service, but we might as well play without a striker.Onana fecking catch it

I think it's quite obvious tbh. The way we play and how we execute it isn't making any of our players look good. Maybe some of the defenders, but everyone who has a role in getting the ball forward all look horrible and clueless.Getting chipped from the half way line really fecked Onana up didn’t it. He never leaves the 6 yard box now!Nobody really reacts to anything. Shaw there just about kept it in but we were all more than happy to watch it go out.Absolute snooze fest. We are so bad. The no tactics/system thing gets used a lot but you have to wonder what the feck they do in training because were easily one of the worst coached sides in the league- Status
