    Would sure as hell send a statement to these wasters, especially as this season is all but gone so it's kind of a free hit. Would give him a chance to see if any are ready to step up too

    HT couldn’t come quick enough. Absolute snoozefest of a match so far.

    After the match, can we confiscate the passports of Rashford & Zirkzee & just leave them there.

    Almost fell asleep. Reading a book to a child wouldn’t have put to sleep faster than the first half of watching us play.
     
    The opp are poor and largely parking the bus, we look in control but zero attacking threat making for a dull first half.
    Garnacho on to liven it up. Also given mainoo some minutes.

    Very difficult I'd say. Cloning Bruno won't be easy.
     
    Amorim must hate his job right now. He goes into press conferences talking about how we need to be braver and move the ball faster, then has to sit through 10 touch football. We move the ball as though we are passing through treacle. Its awful to watch. I genuinely think what we have seen since the start of 2024/25 is as close to the Van Gaal days as anything I can recall.

    We used to have a Zombie Football thread on the caf. The football we were bellyaching about there looked like Brazil 82 compared to the garbage that's been inflicted on us since last season. This squad has been traumatised by Ten Hag. Bruno is the only player out there who looks like he might make something happen. We're the definition of average.
     
    Rashers off at half time please, he switched off a long time ago.
     
    That 1st half along the expected lines. United with Lots of possession of ball but struggling to create much, remain ropey defending set pieces.

    Had this game marked down as a draw before kick off hopefully this group of United players can suprise me with a win 2nd half.
     
    It is hard to fathom how this group of players can perform so badly.
    And Marcus Rashford.. never thought i would say this but you could almost pick an attacker randomly from the PL and he would be better.
    Danny Ings? Yoane Wissa? Harvey Barnes?
     
    Rashford is like I am getting paid 350k/week, I'll go & at least stand there. Horrible performance from him..

    Rest not very good either. The pitch is heavy & we move thr ball slow as feck. One of the most boring halves of football this season.

    You can sense the club is going nowhere fast. It's a rotten squad of players. You know it, but it's still very frustrating to get the reminder.

    Don't think I've seen rashford play this badly in a while, and that's saying something. Making it real hard to defend against selling him off if an offer comes through. Lacking quality, motivation, desire, any sort of professionalism.

    Also, the less said about Zirkzee the better. Though it's not been helped by the fact that we're just lumping long balls up to him
     
    Just really, really struggle at breaking teams down. Have done for years. Everything is slow, safe and to feet. We are more solid and keeping the ball better, but we need more dynamism.
     
    Onana and Rashford poor again. Dalot looks more lost on the right than he did on the left. Amads decision making has not been the best.
     
    Give me Lukaku, Pogba hell I will take Ibrahimovic with dodgy legs over these lot.

    It can't be another manager's fault these players stink to high heaven.
     
    Going to single out rashford and probably unfairly but for someone with all the talent in the world he is so disappointing. Time to sit him on the bench and leave him there. As for the rest of them my word that was a poor half. Difficult pitch I know but jesus wept.
     
    We can keep and recover the ball well but that's it. There is zero thrust and imagination in the team. The WBs have not put a single worthwhile cross in. Zirkzee and Rashford have maybe done one thing well in the entire half. Amad looked better at RWB. We need to play faster, but it feels like we've been saying that for the last few games now.

    It is gonna be very difficult to work this feeling, morale and form off for Amorim.

    These weak players will lose faith in him in no time, you will not see any ; top training from the players like we did after the first training session.

    Very difficult because it’s not possible to play the same player in two positions
     
    They should just run out in a Czech Republic league team kit second half and not return back to the UK.
