Tuanzebe, shaw and mctominay not in reserves squad today, so they will at least make the bench tomorrow.

Full scale changes - write it off if we have to.

We are desperately in need of players resting up/getting over injuries. I know Mourinho loves to go for every competition he's in, it's why he wins so much and why I'm certain we'll win more cups whilst he's at Utd, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at a dose of the special one's infamous pragmatism here.

I really hope we see Axel in this game, there was no point in not sending him on loan if he's not even going to play these games.

The manager should support the players show them no frustration, move them on lift them up and we'll be fine.

Mitchell played/suffered for the U23s, so no chance he'll feature. Not seeing any other youngster getting a chance.

    Romero
    Darmian - Tuanzebe - Lindelof - Shaw
    McTominay - Herrera
    Lingard - Mkhi - Young
    Martial

A lot of rotation. Shaw and Lindelof need to perform, it's kind of at a now or never stage with them.

I'm expecting De Gea, Valencia, Matić and, maybe, another starter not even to travel.

think Blind has to play to get minutes.

Maybe we should try Blind in midfield, alongside two others.

If we do rest Matić and Herrera, play McTominay as #8, I can only see Tuanzebe, Blind or Lindelöf as #6.

True that trying Blind in midfield maybe a solition but not againts a good Swansea side. Not sure Mourinho will only play Axel and Lindelof. In order to protect his olayer I think he will go with a boring and defensive minded 352

    Romero

    Axel
    Lindelof
    Blind

    Darmian
    Herrera
    Carrick (if fit)
    Shaw

    Mata
    Lingard
    Martial

Probably only Mata and Herrera will do the team against Spurs

Normally, I'd be hoping we smash them after the weekend result, but we simply can't afford any more injuries to our players. DDG, Valencia, Young, Matic, Rashford and Lukaku should not be starting this match. Another injury to a key player is the last thing we need, considering the way we are playing currently and the upcoming fixtures.

This is Jose's opportunity to give the youngsters a chance. I don't care if we lose this, we can concentrate on the league and the CL more.

Is this going to be telecast in india? If so which channel?

Really, really don't care about this.

Rest Smalling, Jones (if not injured), Matic, Herrera and Lukaku. We cannot risk any of them at the moment.

Get Lindelof straight back in there for his confidence.

What I hope: Shaw and Tuanzebe to start and play well.
What I expect to see: Shaw plays 60 minutes and you won't even realize he's on the pitch. Tuanzebe won't feature at all.

We might see McTominay, which would be interesting.

This is a game where we need to sort the wheat from the chaff. Play a completely rotated squad, and see which players shine and who fails miserably.

This competition is not a priority this season.

How can you not care about a match that we are playing??

I just don't get this sort of attitude, surely you want us to be as successful as possible this season?

If so, then why do you not care about this match, we are the reigning champions, we should want to defend our trophy in as good a manner as possible.

It's very important to rest Matic, Rashford and Lukaku, I know Jose like to response strong after any defeat but we have Spurs next we can't risk losing any.

Play the reserves and the kids. Give a run out to Blind (who I agree, should be considered back as a midfielder, I really rate him, and he has a great attitude too. Wouldn't mind seeing him in front of the back four).

Shaw needs 90 minutes. Play Martial as a No 9 and tell him to work his bo**o**s off, or he can jog on.

Too much complacency in the senior side, needs a flippin shake up.

We have a squad full of injuries. This is the (distant) fourth most important trophy of the four we play in. We should not be risking any first team players in this.

I'd rather us get knocked out than someone like Lukaku picks up an injury that rules him out of the league for a few weeks.

Put fringe players. We are going to face Spurs and on fire Harry Kane.

Lindeloff needa to prove his worth in this games.

It might indeed be the fourth most important trophy that we are in still (after getting beat in the Super Cup), but that shouldn't mean that some people should actively want to see us get beat, and would seemingly celebrate us doing so.

We should aim to win as many match matches as possible, in all of the competitions that we are in.

I hope that we win, and that goes for every competition, be it League Cup, Super Cup, FA Cup or anything else.
