    I'm really surprised OGS decided to go with to cms in Andreas and Fred. I guess he just didn't want to leave one of Martial, Rashford or James off. It should have been a 3-5-2. I hope he goes to that instead of 4-3-3
     
    Garner on for Jones, switch to a back four. Fred and Pereira are being overwhelmed by their system.
     
    sad to say but we've done well to go in only 1-0 down. de gea's timing to pull out a classic performance has been well timed.
     
    There's only team that looks like a proper United side and it's not the team from Manchester.
     
    AWB cant keep getting away with just tackling. his passes have been awful. Also why does the ball keep going down the right hand side. Rashford and williams have hidden all game.
     
    Honestly, the fact that we’re serving this shit up almost a year into his tenure says it all about Ole’s quality as a manager.
     
    Saw that performance from Fred and Pereira coming a mile off. Imagine being an attacker depending on those two for service.
     
    The gap between midfield and attack is ridiculous. And now we dont even have a target man to play hoofball with. God help Ole!
     


    Pretty much a championship side. Unbelievable how they're greatly coached like that, while we're giving excuses for our manager for not having X and Y.
     
    Honestly don't think I've ever seen a worse performance from us. Men against boys. Outplayed in every department. Should be at least 2 or 3-0 for them. We haven't had a sniff in their half, not even a half chance, absolutely nothing. That's against a newly promoted team. I don't care how impressive they've been, that's embarrassing.

    Number 1 culprit is the midfield, absolutely pathetic. Andreas Pereira might just be the worst ever footballer to start games for United. So fecking shite.
     
    This is a nightmare, a goal that should be a foul, and the team is not able to construct. Do the players understand what's going on? They are getting pressed, but if they can pass this wave, we should have loads of options cause they press at 3 or 4 to one player, so there must be space on the field somewhere. Must be.
     
    Jones is incredible, the feck was he doing? Trying to rely on the refs to save you is ridiculous.
     
    Weve become a hit and hope merchants. and now exposed against a very well drilled outfit. No sense of any actual pattern to our play, no triangles, no set moves...just individuals hoping something comes off....
     
    It suprises me every time that the team can get even worse. Every week you think 'can it get any worse? Surely not' but it does get worse the next week.

    Totally outplayed and being dominated by Sheffield. They are a good team but somehow we make them look like Peps Barcelona... they arent that good.

    Still people will point out how no other manager will get anything better out of this squad. Ridiculous. Some even said getting anything out of this game would be a bonus because we have injuries. Absolute joke the Ole apologists.
     
    An absolute horror show that first half was. Fecking hell. Outside of the so predictable Phil Jones mistake for thr goal, we have looked absolutely awful. Our only plan early in the game seemed to be to hoof the ball from defence towards our attackers. Sheffield very quickly had that figured out so it's not been in the least but effective. Since that we've shown no other ideas. Midfield may not even be on pitch, it's so bad.
     
    Very poor half from United. DDG has made a number of very good saves already. The rest of them either are not doing anything, or are messing up simple passes and giving the ball away.

    Sheffield have been great, high intensity, and looked very slick on the ball at times. They easily deserve the lead right now, and sadly I just don't see how this United side drag themselves back into the game, let alone win from here.

    If we’d have bought a midfielder instead you would be complaining about the defence.

    Fact is Ole wasn’t allowed to strengthening in all areas needed.

    We’ve been complaining about the defence for long time now.

    Unfortunately even thought we’re Utd we can’t have everything in one window.

    Woodward is incompetent. Gross misconduct if you ask me
     
    Worst 45 mins I've seen from us in a while and that's saying something.

    Think the change to 343 has destroyed any chance we had of controlling the game. Need to add a midfielder and remove either Lindelof or Jones.
     
    That James is playing every game as an automatic first choice forward is an indictment of the state of our team at the moment. A Championship club youth player with limited first team exposure at Swansea ought not be featuring in a Premier League top four hopeful in any capacity other than as an impact sub.
     
    What do we do in training? That was proper inept! No backbone at all, these players expect to go to these clubs and have them roll over for us? Pathetic!
