He controlls it with his thigh first, and then he puts it down on his volley by controlling it with his biceps.

There is no shoulder or chest involved in controlling the football.

You remove his hand somehow, let's say he's the first footballer in history of the PL without arms, OK, where does the ball go?

If this was given as a handball the game is truly gone. It's clearly his side - his arm is back away from the ball. VAR got this one right.

"his arm is back away from the ball". You are aware of the third Newton's law - aka - WHY his hand is backing away from the ball? Because the ball hit it ffs!!!

And what's wrong with the picture i posted? It's more relevant to the point then the one you just posted.
