Fred has been gash, fallen over about 5 times under no pressure and wasted a couple of good breakaways.

He's actually had quite a few good passes and attacking involvements. Not many bad passes, not constantly late into one on ones, not many ball losses. There's pluses and minuses as always with him, but the balance is much better today than most games he starts.

xChaos has been high. We need Eriksen back in this midfield badly.

Missed the first half, fecking early kick offs. All I have to add is I fecking hate Spanish teams with a passion.
Same. And you just know we'll draw either Sevilla or Sociedad if we (and those teams) go through.

Why are people on Weghorst back again? He didn't even touch the ball ffs, stop with your constant biased player blaming.

Weghorst has been quite poor tbf. He tries hard but he's nowhere near good enough is he really. Not talking about finishing, he's just not got any real quality which is why he is a Burnley player.

Would be nice to give Iqbal some minutes but looks like that's never going to happen. Fred has been playing against us.

When we pass quickly, and move quickly, we create openings, but most of the time we're taking on their players, and losing the ball. I hope Ten Hag gets Rashford and Pellestri to get wide early when we win the ball, and then get players making runs into the box and get the ball in early before Betis are organised.

Very open half from what I saw. Obviously they've taken a few more risks and had a bit more pressure since they really need to get back into the game. We had a few moments ourselves though and we've done all that we need to do really as far as the tie goes. Would have liked a few goals by us so Ten Hag may feel secure taking of Rashford for example.

Also I have to say that the Yellow card for Pellestri was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen. In what world is it a foul, let alone a yellow?

This game is just about not fecking up the round, not bothered about it being an ugly game. Get Licha, Rashford and Bruno off to rest them and that's it.

Key aspect of strategy seems to be to feed Pellestri on the wing. He’s been alright: a bit raw.

Would be great if all the corruption stuff was properly exposed and UEFA had no choice but to ban Spanish clubs from European football for a decade or something

Weghorst starting second half, sorry Weggy haters, Ten Hag has common sense unlike biased Caftards.

I actually think Bruno has been Ok. These boys just need to calm down a bit. If a 3 goal cushion doesn't give them some composure, I don't know what will
Yes Bruno good. Maguire too for the most part. Lisandro great.

Fred is such an abysmal midfielder. Sometimes we forget just how bad he is.

Joachim can foul as much as he likes without getting any yellow
