Seconded
No creativity in midfield kind of negates the need for pace up front.
Ok I won't, but it is.Plzzzzzzz don't tell me its 352 again!!!
Indeed....and the players.
Wow, that is pretty weird. always thought that was standard. There's minimum and maximum measurements. In the past some clubs have changed their pitch size according to the opposition (narrowed it etc)
Yeah I image that's the reasoning but the way we play having pace upfront isn't a massive concern. If that was the case then play Wilson and Rooney up front. Also I'm still not massively positive about the whole Rooney in midfield stuff.pace up front, strength in midfield
Don't try to fathom it out. I did and my head is hurting.I still don't know why we're trying to make a player who has 36 goals in 191 appearances for Madrid become a striker for us yet we're putting the player with 224 goals in 459 appearances in midfield.
Funny how some having a go at Soccer Saturday panel when they are even worse...
dittoI would appreciate a river, thanks.
To be honest I find that kind of attitude bizarre. Firstly, you make it sound like everything is fine and we’re winning games despite playing shite. I could understand that during our (a little bit lucky) winning streak when we used the 3-5-2, but we’re not in great shape right now.Who cares ? As long as the formation performs today that's all that matters. He knows a bit more about these things than the random spectator.
I would appreciate a river, thanks.
Don't get a result today and van Gaal'll lose the majority of RedCafe...
I still believe in you, Louis, you stubborn old fool.
No he's a goalscorer who just so happens to play in midfield.Rooney is a goalscorer from midfield and one of our best creators
Never a dull moment under van Gaal I suppose. Anyway, c'mon Reds!Seems he's already lost the majority of RedCafe, with people acting like Rooney's never played in midfield before. He has under Fergie, Moyes and now van Gaal. Jesus christ.
I think he is. He can't help him self. He like some sort of footballing Simon Cowell.LVG trying to be clever.
Trying to make a Robben out of Di Maria.
Its not the accent, he's just an idiot. I walked through the mall beside him once. I was going to slag him off for being an idiot but he was with his son so I restrained. I probably looked like an idiot too trying to keep in my laughter.Danny Dichio's mixed London/Toronto accent is starting to annoy me. If you banned him from saying 'at this moment in time' he'd lose half of his vocabulary as well.
In fairness I think the one having a go at the Soccer Saturday panel isn't the same person as the people currently having a whinge and moan.
Yeah I image that's the reasoning but the way we play having pace upfront isn't a massive concern. If that was the case then play Wilson and Rooney up front. Also I'm still not massively positive about the whole Rooney in midfield stuff.
It stinks of Van Gaal over thinking.
Big difference between playing CM and ACM though. Also Di Maria is the better midfielder, and shouldn't be played out of position.Seems he's already lost the majority of RedCafe, with people acting like Rooney's never played in midfield before. He has under Fergie, Moyes and now van Gaal. Jesus christ.
