Won't Wijnaldum be playing LM?Fellaini tracking Wijnaldum. Goodie.

A lot of things we're lackingWould like to see Blind and Schneiderlin in midfield... Think we're lacking a center back.
I'd be so happily surprised if it's in fact 433Definitely but no other alternative though.
I am surprised he didn't go more 4-4-2. Get two wingers in. Morgan and Ander in the centre with Rooney and Martial up front. No Fellaini more importantly.A cameo in the cup counts more than most of what the team has achieved this season. He's capable of brilliance, thats important when the rest of the team creates nothing in my book.
Herrera and Fellaini should be playing the other way around but we all know they won'tI guess that looks more likely.
Fellaini as a deep lying midfielder that will be interesting.
That's more like last season, so yes. 8/11Most likely be a 4231, but I wish Van Gaal set our team out like:
De Gea
Young Smalling Blind Darmian
Schneiderlin
Herrera Fellaini
Lingard Rooney Martial
He's more capable of utterly screwing up any even remotely threatening attack. I'm not saying the others aren't, I just think his performances this season have been poor, very poor. Bar one or two moments. Doesn't deserve to start.A cameo in the cup counts more than most of what the team has achieved this season. Herrera in CM. Fellaini as the 10Definitely but no other alternative though.
So obvious, isn't it?Most likely be a 4231, but I wish Van Gaal set our team out like:

LvG does his thing, innit?I'd have Scheinerdlin and Herrera, with Mata just ahead n the middle. This has creativity, movement and goal threat.
What I would have gone for too.I'd have Scheinerdlin and Herrera, with Mata just ahead n the middle. This has creativity, movement and goal threat.
Where was this all season?BOSS EXPLAINS MATA DECISION
Speaking to BT, Louis van Gaal explained the decision to put Juan Mata on the bench. "Mata has played all the games, I think there was only one he didn't play, so he needed rest. I like speed on the wings."
It probably isn't what he meant, but he does drop himself in it all the time. What I would have gone for too.
Where was this all season?
Because he can only play on the left and Martial is much better. Can someone tell me why Memphis isn't starting?
Would've been ideal, fellaini just isn't useful in this set up, even a 4-4-1-1 with Herrera moving back next to Schneiderlin would've suited us better.I am surprised he didn't go more 4-4-2. Get two wingers in. Morgan and Ander in the centre with Rooney and Martial up front. No Fellaini more importantly.
Also, the bench looks shocking. How many match winners there?
No idea. I was sure him and Morgan would play together tonight. Maybe doesn't want to risk him getting injured before the Liverpool game. What's happened to Carrick.
Must be injured/being saved for Liverpool. BT didn't bother asking him about Carrick and decided to ask about Mata insteadWhat's happened to Carrick.
He puts Weir in, who has done well, but not Keane who got 3 goals on Monday. They both played. That's what happens when you let Powell go on loan.
He can play as a #10. Still, Martial is much better as a striker, problem solved.Because he can only play on the left and Martial is much better.

The bit when he suggested "maybe ignore the manager" was gold!I could sit and listen to Scholes talk football all day.
