I saw him in the league cup whichever round it was before Newcastle were knocked out. He was amazing, so enjoyable to watch. But he seems to have utterly lost his confidence and he's been rubbish.Fellaini clearly has to prove himself today. He's had more than enough chances and we could be rid of him in this window if he doesn't perform. There are far superior players ready to take his players, both in our youth team and around the leagues.What LVG sees in Fellaini and we don't? I really wonder!

The choice of Lingard over Memphis puzzles me, both had opportunity to impress against Sheff Utd, one of them did and misses out.
All in all, the team on the attacking front is just not really good enough.
On MUTV they just said Mata had played everygame and he wanted speed on the wing. They didn't mention Ander. So it might be they sanitised it a bit so he doesn't look as bad.
