I’m not sure these players can excel at this style.Disjointed and confused. Some of these players are not capable of playing Ralf's way. He has to be more adaptable as a manager as much as the players have to adapt as much as they can.
Rashford is hindering our attack as much as anyone though. He looks slow, weak and almost uninterested.The amount of injury feigning that Newcastle have done is clearly a tactical ploy to disrupt the rhythm of the game.

Ralf has some decisions to make, starting with the following in my view:
- formation doesn’t work, we need width.
- Rashford isn’t in the game and/or interested. Needs taking out of the team for Sancho.
- They’re playing through our midfield too easy, we need an extra man in there imo, either drop Bruno deeper as an 8 or bring DvB on, but the latter means subbing Bruno.
It wasn't really two weeks on the training ground though was it, it was a week of having no players train, and a week of the players trickling back.....is it really a surprise we look so disjointed??Guys, it doesn't matter what effing system any manager comes in with, these individual players are to blame. Just watch someone like McTominay pass the ball slowly, behind a player and on their weaker foot.
It's standards that have eroded from the club. If he was my teammate it would happen twice before I laid into him. Cannot stand players passing the ball with all the care of a drunk sociopath. Give me the ball correctly.
There was obviously no contact. Such a strange decision.What a dreadful half of football from United, even worse than the Norwich game. Fred and McTominay are rank poor today, Varane looks shaky, none of the attacking players are playing well, Rashford has played two dangerous balls but he’s not getting stuck in at all. I’m a bit stuck in where we go in the 2nd half, maybe sub on DVB who has some quality in possession.
Won’t happen then going by the amount of times I’ve said that over the past couple of years.Garbage.
