Inconclusive whether Evans spits at him, I don't think he does but it's clear Cisse does. Scholes reckons Evans doesn't, good point about him being a foot away and wouldn't miss if he didn't want to.

Don't know what some are watching Rooney's been excellent up top, he put Di Maria in early, lovely ball to ROjo who setup Herrera and is generally making space up there by actually showing some movement which is a miracle for our strikers this year. He should have done better with the finish but the keeper was out really quickly.

Evans and Cisse both deserved to go. Can't just single out Cisse and skirt other your ex team-mate.

If Scholesy says it wasn't a spit, I'm inclined to think it wasn't a spit. It does look to me like after getting up Evans just spits at the floor, doesn't have any intent in his eyes as he does it. Like Scholesy says I don't think a man like Evans would deliberately spit at an opponent.

We're playing really well and should have scored a few? Not sure what you're on about. We have almost 70% possession, have made like 3 clear cut chances, and have had a few half chances that would have been clear cut chances if Rooney had a better touch.

This is a game for players like Mata and Carrick who can really pass the ball not for young and fellaini who are direct players. Van Gaal is a very good coach but his adaptation to the EPL has been very slow. boring tactics. slow movement of the ball.
