We've been making them shit shots from corner situations for years. Feels like it's as much a tactic to not risk the counter. Herrera used to do them non-stop.

I really don't think he has been bad either. I think Lindelof is a bit worse than last season so has to cover him more. Tuanzebe/Bailly need to step up really soon or we may have to go back on the market.

Well it couldn’t because Maguire’s challenge made the ball go away from Jimenez’s body. We did not get lucky. Maguire was fouled and Jimenez handled the ball.

Im not blaming him for being fouled, I'm actually not blaming him for anything at all... Just saying his tackle was pretty tame and not greatly executed...which it wasn't.

Imagine Vidic making that same tackle for example and how it would have gone down.

This is more overall, and not just in reference to tonight's game -- But I was hoping for an absolute badass, a la VVD. And instead we've gotten a very slight improvement on players we already had.

You can't tell me he hasn't been disappointing. Maybe its my own fault as the price was always going to be insane, but he just isn't the player we needed.
