Mhiki has to step up. Matic and Pogba looking fantastic.
I was thinking he had him confused with Pogba?Very good but we need a second goal ASAP. I'm still worried.Martial for Mikhi.Matic has been collosal. Totally dominated the game. Not sure the structure of the team is quite right. We're still not making the pitch particularly wide. Mhkitaryan has been a bit of a nothing.

Classic parent watching the football today. Missed the goal getting my sons dinner, but managed to see the tattoo.I expected the Hammers to show more fight but it seems like they are completely shut down by Matic, Bailly and Jones. can't seem to get anything going and Chicarito is getting desperate.

Pogba had a few moments but just couldnt get the final ball right. Hopefully second half he contributes to a goal.
If there is one small small criticism, its that this team is crying out for a winger/forward player that can beat a defender and put in a good cross. Rashford is not a left winger. Mhiki and Mata need to do more to cause havoc and scoring chances. Need players who arent just content to play a pretty pass or have a nice touch. A shame we couldnt get willian or perisic.Very good half.Decent first half.
Matic is immense in the middle. I was against signing him, but if he maintains this sort of form I'll be happy to eat my words.
Still a bit rusty with the link up in the final 3rd but decent otherwise. I would like to see Martial on the left with Rashford on the right and on of Mata/Mkhi behind the striker at some point in the second half.That was a lovely display from us, Matic really is bedding in well.Hopefully we can get another and kill the game off.

We've gone off the boil a bit in the last 10 though. Hopefully not a sign of things to come; too often we sat back with a narrow lead last season.Even if we went into the dressing room 1-0 down I wouldn't be able to criticise any single aspect of that half.
Excellent set up, intent, tactics, personnel and we're very unlucky not be at least 2-0 up. Just need a bit more crispness in the final third and we will be fine. 1-0 is a dangerous score with the likes of a chicharito around and we could've been punished right at the end. So important we maintain focus and intensity.
On the plus side WHU will be forced to come at us now, even if gradually so we should aim to exploit that.Good half.
