So we are back to Valencia and Fletcher.
I was talking about having to put Mata on next week for Rooney .... not today.
Why are our players such fecking pussies?
Stop getting injured, FFS!
Our defence looks as shakey as hell, yet people are complaining about LvG bringing on Fletcher to stabilise the center and take some pressure of the back four
In my eyes the Falcao substitute was the right one. He hasn't really clicked with the team yet, even though he produced two assists now. RVP hasn't been the shining light so far, but he looked more involved in the game play-
They have both looked quite good today for meSeriously, half these players can't pass the ball under pressure. Rojo and Blind have looked particularly ordinary today too.
Should have kept it to 4-3-2 instead of 4-4-1. Keep the pressure on them.
Only RvP. He was captain for Arsenal so he's the only leader left.Question is, if Rooney is not captain material out there, who is?
With our defensive record, could you blame LvG for shoring up the backlineShould have kept it to 4-3-2 instead of 4-4-1. Keep the pressure on them.
So it's LVG's fault that we've topped the injury table for many years before he had anything to do with this club?Allegedly LVG's training methods are quite strenuous. He might need to dial it back if our players keep pulling up so frequently.
You have that much confidence?I expect us to score...and then concede two.
Seriously, half these players can't pass the ball under pressure. Rojo and Blind have looked particularly ordinary today too.
Of course it was the right call. People just love to bitch whenever Fletcher/Valencia or any of the other players that are considered dead wood are coming on. Stuff like making sensible tactical changes are of little importance in those moments for these people.
So he's a good leader then that's what you're getting at? Honestly....
Not just one game. Where was the leadership in him when Leicester got back to 3-2. He needed to calm the lads down but all he did was throw his arms in the air and moan at blackett
Fully agree. He's not, but that's not based on what just happened. We've seen loads of captains do stupid things over the years: Terry at Nou Camp, Beckham (before captaincy admittedly), Keane...
The fact that there's nobody who stands out as a captain in this squad is a part of the problem.
s if we're parking the bus against West fecking Ham.
Only RvP. He was captain for Arsenal so he's the only leader left.
