The thing with Jones is this:
- He has 7 good games and then has one that is not only bad but awful enough to cost the team big time (three points or a silverware). And that is for the half the season when he is not injured.
- He is good at blocking and trying to stop you from scoring but the modern game has massively evolved. Nowadays, defenders also need to be ballers. They should be able to transit defence to attack.
