If some nutter had come on the pitch and stabbed him, we'd have people claiming a decent signing's skin would have been too thick for the knife to get through.FFS had blood pouring from his head

I see 0-3 or worse. Can anyone out there properly rationalise why I might be wrong?
Our defence has looked more solid this season with the addition of de Ligt, and hopefully Ugarte will make it more difficult to play through our midfield. The Liverpool game aside, I don't think we'll be conceding 3s and 4s with such alarming regularity as we did last season. So I don't think Spurs will score 3.
I think due to the way Spurs play we'll create chances and the other end but we don't have the quality to take them. I'm predicting 1-1.
Can't really blame him for a gaping head wound (or in fact any of his injuries in fairness).Mount injured again.
I don’t think I said play a defensive midfielder ?So we have to play another defensive midfielder beside him?
Even though Ugarte himself offers absolutely nothing in possession and is actively afraid of the ball?
What a signing.
Ole or RVN?
That was fixed with tinfoilBet the roof is leaking on the fans for good measure
we have to go 4-4-2. people say that's predictable, but not as predictable as the performances and results this season! So we have to play another defensive midfielder beside him?

You get a 1 for putting your shirt on the right way roundCan we introduce 0 in the player ratings as 1 is too high for Bruno and Dalot

I thought Dalot had been really good in most games tbh but he's been horrible today (so has pretty much everyone)Him, Mazraoui and Diallo. And absolutely nobody else.
He’s probably flying back from India as we speak. You reckon this might bring Glastonspur back?
I hope we never see a midfield of Bruno Ugarte and Mainoo again. Absolute shambles

Ole also had Carrick and McKenna doing the coaching, so I’m not sure he could replicate it again.Ole would be a terrible mistake, his attempt to coach a coherent press is even worse than ETH.
Ruud isn't ideal either, his time at PSV was bereft of any real identity.
Hopefully we can tempt the likes of Nagelsmann or Amorim or someone with a more proactive approach to come mid season.
Ironically Rangnick would probably do a lot better with this side than the one he came into, it's a lot younger and more open to his brand of football.

But the geniuses saying it's a blessing losing Bruno for ages have to use their brains to remember the alternatives!

Was thinking only Garnacho and Martinez even seem bothered to try and do something.Thank goodness Solanke is such a carthorse or that would have been the ultimate thrashing.
Think only Garnacho has been worth his salt today.
Werner has been poor enough to have been playing for us! Garno and Onana the only ones even any credit for usThank goodness Solanke is such a carthorse or that would have been the ultimate thrashing.

Ism 60 years old and I think this goes down as one of the worst home games I have seen.
He's deluded. Why is Neville talking about this as if it’s some kind of freak result. It’s a copy of the game against Liverpool at the start of last month. The players should be well used to dealing with these kinds of results by now since we have them every other week.
