Could go either way, a meeting of 2 incredibly flaky teams, hopefully we will find our shooting boots.
I hope it happens. Mount deserves a start and Bruno deserves a rest.
Agree with this point of view. Watched every game of Spurs and they’ve been dominating most games.I've seen most of Tottenham's games this season, and I think they've been pretty impressive. They dominate the ball and their press is ridiculous (they're league leaders in possession and PPDA). Against Brentford last week it was unreal how they were swarming all over them in the first 20 minutes - I think there were ten shots on goal in the first ten minutes alone.
Their problem has been converting turnovers and possession into quality chances. They dominated at Leicester and Newcastle but without ever really looking incisive, and then end up conceding too easily. I don't think Ange is too bothered about clean sheets, so if they do get the attack firing, they'll be pretty strong.
Playing out from the back in this one could be hazardous, and I wouldn't expect much of the ball. It's winnable if we can transition on them quickly though.
I think that ETH will chose this line-up
.......................Onana...........
Mazraoui.De Ligt.Martinez.Dalot
.............Mainoo......Ugarte...............
.....................Bruno..........................
Amad.......................................Garnacho
.....................Højlund.............................
I would prefer a different formation witn 1 change in line-up:
.......................Onana.................
Mazraoui.De Ligt.Martinez.Dalot
..................Mainoo.Ugarte.............
..............Bruno..............Rashford......
......................Højlund......................
You wanna play with 10 men?
What I want:
—— Onana
Mazr - De Ligt - Martinez - Dalot
——- Ugarte — Mainoo
Amad - Zirkzee - Garnacho
——— Hojlund
What we will get:
—— Onana
Mazr - De Ligt - Martinez - Dalot
—— Ugarte — Mainoo
Amad - Bruno - Rashford
——- Zirkzee
which will be even worse... Moyes Mk IISouthgate will have his popcorn out
We just don't know what United shows upI'm cautiously optimistic here. We've definitely improved compared to last season, although that's a low bar.
Just need to click up front and we'll be decent.
Gotta give spurs a chance I suppose.The lad's confident.
I would love the lineup you picked. Only change I would consider is Garnacho over Rashford. What I would like to see:
Zirkzee
Rashford Eriksen Amad
Mainoo Ugarte
Dalot Martinez De Ligt Mazraoui
Onana
What I think ten Hag will go with:
Zirkzee
Rashford Bruno Garnacho
Mainoo Ugarte
Dalot Martinez De Ligt Mazraoui
Onana
It was definitely a better performance but we desperately fecking need to improve our shooting. The Twente game was a complete reversion to form though. All those saying that the Crystal Palace game showed an improvement in preformance need to look at todays results and give their heaad a wobble, Palace beaten by an Everton team.
This game will be a lot harder
Yeah. I'm surprised that we're favourites for this even though we're at home.I've seen most of Tottenham's games this season, and I think they've been pretty impressive. Even Chelsea are scoring for fun now.
Liverpool will bag a hateful against Wolves.
Arsenal made it 4
Whilst we are still struggling. All this is depressing now
No chance he drops BrunoOnana
Maz Deligt Martinez Dalot
Ugarte Mainoo Eriksen
Amad Zirkzee Garnacho
If he persists with Bruno and Rashford, he should start looking for new job already. No chance he drops Bruno
Ugarte Mainoo
Bruno
Amad Zirkzee Rashford
Hope he goes with this, just please do not go with the Mount Bruno double false nine from the start of the season
Right, we’re 6 games in though. Ten Hag beat Liverpool and Arsenal in his first 6 games. Even as far as 6 months in people were waxing lyrical as he won a trophy and knocked Barca out of Europe. Here we are 2 years on wanting him gone.Being so far behind Liverpool and Chelsea is depressing. Their new managers come in and immediately produce results. Ours is still learning and talking about performances improving after 3 years while we're in 11th place.
INEOS must surely notice how every club can swap managers to improve results.

You lamenting the board for not looking at other clubs whose new managers have had a handful of good results after just 6 games as a reason to bin our manager, who himself looked a top appointment after 6 months, is completely nonsensical.
We will definitely lose tomorrow. It’ll be another nail in the coffin for ETH.
I’m sorry but this just reminds me of the instrumental “Coffin Nails” by MF DOOM.That coffin has had some nails.
