Yep, not just that , when you aren’t scoring goals , dropping the most productive forward in the team would be absolutely stupid. Add to that, you already have a fairly inexperienced and inconsistent forward line.

But yeh; drop the captain; the most experienced and productive forward we’ve had for 4 seasons cause he’s started off.
But we aren't scoring goals with him, and he is not a forward. He is a part of the midfield trio and wasting a midfield spot when he isn't contributing is making us a weaker team and losing control in midfield.

I like that team. Majority of the squad and team is ETH's players so no excuses anymore. Need to start seeing some improvement and winning games.

Weaker Spurs side than expected so we really need to be winning this.

Mainoo Ugarte is the pairing I've been waiting for all my life.

Just seen the news about Son. So, they are even shittier now. Absolutely no reason not to win this.

I’m in a foreign land today, so if anyone can DM me with a link to that which flows I would be grateful.

Poor Zirkzee. Not exactly the fastest man alive and now facing Van de Ven who can outrun the average automobile.

Law of averages dictates Bruno has to have a good game soon right?

Over 4 seasons he’s been probably our most productive forward at the club.

Dropping players isn’t a default goto for all players/managers. Some players don’t benefit from being dropped and are better to be played into form.

Even at that, there are multiple reasons why it doesn’t make sense dropping him. No quality fit alternative and an already inexperienced front line.

Ten Hag name checks every member of the front 4, plus Hojlund, as players who can score goals. Except Zirkzee, he was omitted

Might stick a tenner on him to score.

Just score goals that's created. Two of the biggest twats on Sky. Let's hope we don't give them ammunition to stick there knifes in.

Same performance as 2 years ago. Dominated these and even Fred scored in a 2-0 win.

The same manager got us 3rd in his 1st year. Unfortunate for us, Chelsea and Newcastle look a lot better this year round so it’s tougher but not impossible
Our front 3 is miles away from the top 5 or 6 teams in the league.
I'd be gobsmacked if we get 4th.

I mean the comments include bunch like this

So there's definitely folks underrating them.
Is Timo Werner underrated? He’s rubbish. Is Brennan Johnson underrated? Or Solanke? One good season in his entire career and suddenly he’s class? Not for me. West Ham’s front 3 are better than them so are many teams forward line. If you are so easily scared then it’s on you.

I really hope we play well and win today because that’s probably our strongest starting XI

Just watching the warm up and Garnacho is absolutely rifling all of his shots into the top corner. Hopefully he hasn't got them all out of his system before kick-off!

Yeah, and they got them under Ange. Unless transfers are all Levy, for all his good managment skills, Ange is a bit rubish at team building. They'll be stuck with these options for years, and that's without mentioning Richarlison.

Can anyone send me a river please? My usual link has gone to shit

Tim sherwood is so clueless and I have no idea what he watches during the week.

He turns up and talks about United will sit back, soak pressure and hit on the counter attack - like we are still under Jose/Ole. What we are doing this season is far from that but it’s not even challenged by the other pundits!

Today we shall scrape the win, rather than being that which gets scraped off the boot.

Spurs probably think the same about

    Rashford
    Zirkzee
    Garnacho

I do rate Solanke and Johnson and wouldn't say our front 3 is superior.
You rate Johnson? Based on what? The guy is as average as they come. And I firmly believe last season was an anomaly for Solanke. Sure of that.

Would you swap their front 3 to ours?

Garnacho shoved to the right to accommodate Rashford again, I'm so tired. Can't wait till we get a manger who isn't obsessed with this waster.

We will certainly play well in periods for this game. It is whether we can do it for sustained periods and most importantly actually finish of chances in this game.

Just seen the news about Son. So, they are even shittier now. Absolutely no reason not to win this.
Given his recent form, they are probably better off without him (just like us with Bruno). The hope is that Bruno finds his form tonight

Contrary to quite a few, I'm bullish on the players. Need a coaching change imo and Bruno to be dropped. For me we have the team/players to be top 4.

They don’t need to be class to score against us, just more clinical. I thought that was clear from how many we conceded last season. We still give a number of clear goal scoring opportunities every game to the opposition even this season. It’s not being scared but realistic under ten Hag’s coaching.
