Dear lord, that front 3. If we don’t beat spurs today then I want ten hag to be sacked at full time publicly.
That's a really average forward line. Need to beat them today.

Amad (or Garnacho) coming off the bench is a powerful weapon for us to have. It gives us something different. I'm a fan of players like this coming on in the second half of games to change the pace of our attack, especially when the other side are tiring.

Garnacho coming off the bench on the left is 10 times the player he is than when he starts on the right. It's like two different players!

And Ten Hag nearly always makes a mess of the substitutions, he'll probably bring Amad on with 15 minutes to go and expect miracles.

The odd comments about Bruno playing..

You all realise he’s the club captain right?

Yep, not just that , when you aren’t scoring goals , dropping the most productive forward in the team would be absolutely stupid. Add to that, you already have a fairly inexperienced and inconsistent forward line.

But yeh; drop the captain; the most experienced and productive forward we’ve had for 4 seasons cause he’s started off.

    Oh I agree.

I do think the matchday thread and United forum is littered with morons these days.

I should know better than dipping it pre match. Zirkzee has just been compared to Weghorst ffs.

Solanke got nearly 20 league goals last season. He also scored last season at OT against us. Wouldn’t put it past him to score today.

Yeah, I can't really disagree with any of that. They're very fair points.

Whatever the situation is in the later periods of the second half , Lindelof and Evans will be brought on.

Spurs team looks bang average we should absolutely be smashing them at home

Better than your condescending response. I was responding to many posts here making fun of Tottenham’s front three. We have a tendency to underrate opposition here.
We do? Could have fooled me. Everyone thinks we will get beat. Just read the comments.

Spurs probably think the same about

    Rashford
    Zirkzee
    Garnacho

I do rate Solanke and Johnson and wouldn't say our front 3 is superior.

So there's definitely folks underrating them.

Forgot Timo Werner existed. Slightly surprised to see him starting this one. Could see him coming late on in a swap with a tiring Solanke, but not sure how useful he really is in that position.

Looking at that Spurs starting 11, I can't say that I'm that frightened, tbh. Today all hinges on Zirkzee's hold-up play and if we can get others around him quickly enough to create chances, and then actually finishing. I much prefer our starting 11 over theirs. I do think Solanke is quality though and will be a great signing for them on the whole.
