Bailly has well and truly earned his place, he’s been excellent this season and his speed will complement Maguire very well. Hopefully this can be a good partnership.
I would nut so hard..90th minute. We're winning 1-0 and sitting back to grind out a result. Bailly gives away a free kick as well as gets sent off after a VAR review. Spurs score from the free kick. Lindelof is seen giggling on the bench. Maguire drops down to his knees and starts sobbing. Ole crosses his legs in his chair and grinds his teeth, changes from the match view to Twitter on his tablet to see if Zorc has finally agreed to say something positive about Sancho transfer to United.
Meanwhile Bruno kicks us back off and passes to Pogba and he scores from the halfway line. We win 2-1. Pogba flips Mourinho off.
Usually, but he knows our midfield all too well, I bet he tells his team to press today.Jose doesn't press, Spurs don't press. That midfield is shocking and it will be us leading them a merry dance. We wont be lumping it forward
Yup. Hopefully this messes with the gameplan a bit.Hopefully he does target Lindelof.
Seeing as though he's on the bench and that.
Really? The midfield looks very weak attacking wise.
Wtf, I thought Son was out injured?
They haven't landed yet
Mind gameshWtf, I thought Son was out injured?
We will have plenty of games coming thick and fast soon enough.Looking at our squad and who we have, Ole really couldn't have picked a stronger lineup.
Feel bad for VDB. A great option off the bench, but we're going to struggle to get him into this starting 11 when all of Matic, Pogba and Bruno are fit and in form.
"Exploit" is the key word. Are some people seriously expecting Jose to attack and try to control the game?
THE CL starts soon, he'll get plenty of starts in both the CL and PL.Looking at our squad and who we have, Ole really couldn't have picked a stronger lineup.

Jose getting the bus out again?McT not playing... worried Matic-Pogba will get run over.
Mourinho's midfields don't overrun anybody decently competent. Not to mention the likes of Sissoko dare never even dream of overrunning or dominating other midfieldsMcT not playing... worried Matic-Pogba will get run over.
There’s absolutely no chance Spurs will be pressing us high. Jose will stick to what he loves. His midfield selection tells you exactly what his plan is.Are some people seriously expecting Jose to attack and try to control the game?

Sit very deep and use Son’s pace on the break. Need AWB to have him on lockdown.
It's like he wasn't our manager for two and a half years. Though I do understand fans trying to erase those memories. Are some people seriously expecting Jose to attack and try to control the game?
No striker, no full-back. It’s a hint to Woodward from OGS
I love Bailly but I’m always so nervous when he plays in a big game. Always feel like there’s going to be that one moment...

Yeah, for all the praise he's had recently, i think people forget why we dropped him in the first place. Always had a howler in him.I love Bailly but I’m always so nervous when he plays in a big game. Always feel like there’s going to be that one moment...
Sissoko and Hojberg is a very combative midfield. We need some steel there and Pogba is too soft /unfit.What makes you think that?
Matic, Pogba and Bruno is far and away our strongest midfield three.
He’ll be starting 40+ games for us within 12 months. I’m fairly certain he’ll be involved in 50 games this season whether starting on the bench.
yesNo Bale in the Spurs squad. Is he injured?
What makes you say that? It’s classic Jose — Aurier and Lamela are far more diligent defensively than Doherty and Lucas (Bergwijn barely ever starts).Strange time for Mourinho to start Aurier. I can see that backfiring. Ole should target that part of the field. Surprise that Lamela is starting as well. I thought he was behind Lucas and Bergwin. Nothing to complain about with our team selection. Hopefully, our performance match the strength of the team.
