It's not ideal to lose our first game at all but at least that is out of the way. Van Gaal will now know that he really has to pull his finger out, this is not the Bundesliga, La Liga or the Dutch league the premier league is very tough. I think we'll do well with him. I don't think van gaal instructed them to start hoofing it I just think they fell back into doing what they know naturally. He needs the time for his philosophy and ideas to sink in.

young, hernandez, fletcher (sadly), valencia, cleverley shouldn't serve as a reason not to sign what we need. fellaini shouldn't be anywhere near the club. and i've not even mentioned anderson. i'm sure there's others.
