    De Gea
    valencia mourinho Baily Shaw
    Young Herrera blind
    Lingard Rooney martial
Mourinho was actually a low rank center-back before giving up on his football player career.

I have the feeling Blind and Mourinho don't see eye to eye and have a strictly professional relationship. Hope none of that ruins our last games. He's playing very well lately. But will in all probability be sold in the summer.

    De Gea
    Darmian - Bailly - Blind - Shaw
    Herrera - Carrick
    Young - Lingard - Martial
    Rooney

Very much doubt we'll put Blind in midfield to allow Tuanzebe a start. If the youngster starts, it will be to rest on of the center-backs, not to force Blind into midfield work.

Also, unless Carrick is completely unable to play, can't see Rooney featuring on a midfield two. And there's no reason we can't play our more usual home formation, 4-2-3-1.

Does anyone think he'll give Tuanzebe a game tomorrow and rest Bailly for Celta ? Bailly would run out of gas with this especially because we got no game lately when we were comfortable at the back and not pressed for some time. Our defense is always under pressure and Bailly should be starting to get tired.

If one of Bailly or Blind tells the manager he's tired and doesn't feel he can play, Mourinho might risk Tuanzebe. After Mourinho's comments on giving everything for the team and (Smalling, Jones, and even Mata) risking premature return from injuries, would a player have the guts to tell him, though? Blind, probably. Anyway, they surely have ways of telling players tiredness without having them confessing.

Bailly has earned the right to ask for a break. He's been playing nonstop. Blind has been starting only in the last few games and should be fine to start against Swansea. But it all depends on how much confidence Jose has on Tuanzebe getting the job done. Llorente is good in the air, so that would be playing on Jose's mind.

We'll mostly play with this now:

    De Gea
    Valencia - Blind - Bailly - Shaw
    Carrick - Herrera
    Lingard - Rooney - Martial
    Rashford
I'm not confident at all with Pogba absent again. Grab the 3 points by any means.

We're ending this season as we ended last season pretty much, with the exception of Bailly of course. We're running on purely what Mourinho has done with the squad he took over and if we can win the EL with that team then you'd have to hold your hands up at the job he's done instilling his mentality into them.

I don't know if anybody mentioned this yet but if we win on Sunday we will have more points than we got in the whole of last season.

Our luck with injuries is frustrating tbf. It seems now we always, always end the season with most of the squad absent. Don't know what's the reason for this. Even since SAF our injury record wasn't that good in his last years.

And what makes you think so.

Only 5 goals conceded in the last 13 league games. I think anyway. I do however fancy Swansea to get a goal on Sunday though. I think it's a tricky match with what they have at stake and then factoring in the injuries and general knackeredness from us. A nice easy win would be lovely but I think it's going to be a slog again.

This is an opportunity for Jose to show faith in youngsters and play Willock or Tuanzebe. This is how Rashford got his chance

He had 1 cruciate ligament injury to his players in 17 years.
He joins MUFC and he has 2 cruciate ligament injuries in 1 match.
    Welcome to MUFC, Jose. ;)

Smalling and Jones will be out the door, judging by his comments.

    Indeed.
In reality neither will probably play this season. They are made of glass and this has been proven time and time again, over the years.
This Summer, Jose needs to decide if he is going to continue hoping they get lucky with injuries or if he sells them (probably to a mid-bottom of league side).

Really looking forward to getting up to see this game now.

A while back I feared this might be not quite a dead rubber, but almost treated as such.

But the challenge of rotation, and keeping competitive will be interesting.
And I dare say we'll have a bit more threat about us than yesterday which was an awful but necessary tactic.

    De Gea
    Valencia Bailly Blind Shaw
    Carrick Herrera
    Rooney
    Mkhi Rashford Martial

With Pogba and fellaini for the celta game I guess Carrick and Herrera will start this one in the midfield.

    We will win 2:0
