We are just bottlers. I worry for us in the Europa. We made a right mess of the last round and in the final with CL qualification riding on it we would bottle. We were shite in the league cup final and it was only Zlatan who saved us then. He's gone now.

It's games like this where we badly need a proper target man centre forward.
Rashford simply cannot lead the line against big aggressive defenders. It's not his game and never will be. Far too easily nullified.

There's also far too many average players in that lineup today and no leader on the pitch at all.

Guess we need to spend every penny of the reported transfer budget in the summer.

If Mkhitaryan needs to go, then every attacker have to go except Rashford. Rashford has been the stand out attacking player this season. Everyone else have been decent to mediocre. We are just not designed to play Mkhitaryan way this season. Put the ball to FBs from your own half - then an aimless cross to the box - repeat. This is the story of our attacking play in most of the games.

I know. Pogba was outstanding that day. Fellaini was in the side. Herrera was outstanding. The disruption all these injuries are going to cause will kill us.

So many weak,spineless players in our squad.
Didnt think we deserved anything from this game.
Our home record is appalling and can ruin whats left of our season if we dont correct it very soon.

Could have gone past liverpool today with a victory but Swansea at OT was just too difficult..

Dire performance.

How many games have so many front line players created nothing? Far too many. I know it's early in the MOTM voting, but how could anyone choose Anthony Martial? Aside from the fine block on Rooney's goal attempt, what did he do. He had a slow defender to play off of and was a zero in my opinion.

Also, why is Rashford taking all the corner and free kicks (aside from ones that are in shooting opportunities)? He's the one player that I want to get on the end of the crosses.

I agree

@pseudo_canadian this team is just as bad as LVG's. There's very little difference. Both managers made United hard to beat but easy to play against. Swansea were comfortable all game. The only difference is we have a bit more consistent quality now in Pogba and Ibra who have been better than the Di Maria and Falcao signings by comparison. Mou has made better signings but we're the draw kings and still not scoring for fun. We're also not easy on the eye when compared to other top 6 teams

City are loosing , if only Rooney had finished it in than hitting martial we would have covered 3 points on city and not dropped against Liverpool . It's all down to desire and energy I think , and we are pretty bad at it . Workrate is a huge issue
