Never thought I’d say it but can we play Liverpool every week?
This is on Amorim to change though - they are setting up without a striker and we have 3 CBs - need more bodies in advanced positions otherwise our only way out is a long ball over the top, which has had a bit of success, or lumping it up and they have a CB who is nearly 2m tall.Another disgraceful half. Fecking unbelievable how they can let their level drop like this.
Come on, don't be so ridiculous.
But absolutely everyone would feck off and that would be catharticIt’d probably send us into administration. We’d do a Leeds.
If we continue playing like that till May, then yes. This club needs a full reset on all levels. You klow it‘s true. You want us to be relegated?
Same time of the year too. Only difference is, we were first in that match. Today we're being dragged into a relegation fightthis is Sheffield United 2020/21
Not a designated one on the bench. First team coach Carlos Fernandez is in charge of them. We've got a set piece coach?
Maybe if we were as Madrid fans we won’t accept mediocrity for so long.I am not in favour of booing teams off, but FFS this is embarrassing
Yep for his weakness for their goal, he has kept us in the game. It’s lamentableTo be fair Onana has kept us in this game. Without him we would be 3 or 4 down. Embarrassing.
It's more of the same, putting players in positions they don't excel at. Any manager worth their salt could work out that forcing Onana to go long to Højlund would hobble us. The question now is what will Amorim do to change the momentum?Fair play to Southampton. They've been really positive and have pushed their fullbacks up to be tight on Amad and Mazraoui and we have no way to get out. Our only option is to go direct to Hoijlund and he just isn't able to hold the ball up and get players in support. Amads and Mazraoui's positioning is a huge issue right now.
Nothing as clear cut as their chancesTo be fair we should have scored one or two as well
You missed the chance he created for Garnacho I'm assuming.Hoijund brings nothing to this team, it is time that he sits on the bench and sulk. Whoever scouted him and recommends us to buy him should be out of job. How can United win a game when you have a striker who doesn't make goal scoring opportunities or create? Hoijund almost has the fear of getting himself any opportunities that he missed so he spend his time wrestling defenders. He probably has a career in WWE.
He did great for the the most part doesn’t excuse his typical lack of anticipation on set plays.anybody blaming onana after that first half clearly hasnt been watching.
I'd rather take the risk of avoiding relegation than continue with someone who clearly is not working out.And then the cycle will start yet again.
No other way out. The wingbacks are penned in so they are chipping it up to Hojlund because every time he comes short he loses it.We look tired and slow, losing all the 5O/5Os. Why are we keep hoofing the ball to Hojlund when its clear as day that he does not have a chance in the air?
What cb is this? This is on Amorim to change though - they are setting up without a striker and we have 3 CBs - need more bodies in advanced positions otherwise our only way out is a long ball over the top, which has had a bit of success, or lumping it up and they have a CB who is nearly 2m tall.
I can't blame Hojlund for this performance. Playing against Bednarek and Bellis is never easy. Every striker would struggle.Hojlund is worse than Bebe.
Fair. We’d never be the same again. Our glory days would be completely over. And it looks like they are over. But absolutely everyone would feck off and that would be cathartic
