Our u-23s got 2 penalties at Liverpool thoughWe're not allowed to get penalties any more - it upsets poor Jurgen

And don't think he won't mention that in the run-up to when the first teams next playOur u-23s got 2 penalties at Liverpool though
Let him brag about a 6-3 home defeatAnd don't think he won't mention that in the run-up to when the first teams next play
Richard Keys informs us it’s 9 games since our last one and proper order he saysWe're not allowed to get penalties any more - it upsets poor Jurgen
Just 2 of that injured list started in the 2-2 draw last season in Old Trafford.Diallo, Walcott, Romeu, Kyle Walker-Peters, Jannik Vestergaard, Mohammed Salisu, and Nathan Tella all injured and will miss the game,
7 players injured no excuses we have to win.
Then again we've said that before.
They've always been a bit of a bogey team for us, ever since Shirtgate.Come on...
No excuses if we don't win the next two
DDG; AWB. Maguire, Bailly (if ready), Shaw, Fred, Pogba, Greenwood, Bruno, Rash; El Matador
This is a must win a s we should play strongest team, which imo is:
DDG
AWB- Lindelof- Maguire-Shaw
McT- Pogba
Greenwood- Bruno - Rashford
Cavani
This has got an ugly look about it:
DDG
AWB
Bailly
Maguire
Shaw
Fred
Pogba
Greenwood
Bruno
Rashford
Cavani
2-1ugly hell raising victory with a contentious disallowed goal for Southampton included.
Hate playing them these days, they're the aggressive style we don't fare well with. Saying that they've only won 1 in 8 in the league I think (not that form is a big measure these days) and we quite simply have to put the last 2 games behind us with a win.

Bailly if fit
Maguire

Pogba

Greenwood
Cavani
Rashford
This shoehorning of pogba to the left and rashford to the right has to stop.
I'm also expecting a struggle for a draw after conceding a stupid goal but I'm going for 1-1.This has got "hard-fought draw" written all over it.
I reckon we'll go behind twice, but will manage to salvage a point. 2-2.
This will be an absolute slog like the Wolves game was but I think we can squeeze out a victory. If we can win our next 2, with City going to Liverpool next Sunday we’ll be back in a very good position.
Yes similar guesses. I picked McT instead of Fred and Lindelof instead of Bailly. They are relatively strong at setpieces and Lindelof is better than Bailly in the box, and better in the air. I think Fred has been wasting quite a lot of passes lately and that’s not what we need in this match. So I prefer McT who has played well imo. However this is what I want to see. I think Ole will start Bailly, because Lindelof hasn’t played two matches in a row for some weeks now, and Feed/McT, it’s a lottery. Doubt he will play both, though, not now when Pogba plays so well. All going for similar type of line up with rashford to the left and one of mct, Fred, matic partnering pogba.

1-0 United, Bruno pen.
We've been doing that all season basically. Only Bruno, Rashford, Maguire and AWB have been constants. No it doesn’t he’s making 4/5 changes every game and it’s breaking rhythm
Shaw’s best games at LB has been when Rashford did not play on the left. Rashford does not create the space for Shaw to get wide and most of the time you find Shaw drifting to the middle when Rashford’s on the leftOle needs to stop fecking around and playing Rashford out of position. Rashford and Shaw can be devastating on the left for us, and have established a great chemistry
Agreed. There is no need to always partner Fred with McTominay, give VdB a go in there. There's enough industry, energy and bustle in there to keep us competitive against a hard-working Saints team.DDG
