Pogba just seems to have one or two seconds more than any other player on the pitch.
Nope, they've been decent.Mata really needs to help Valencia out more when we are defending. I can understand him drifting inside when we are attacking but when we are defending he has to do better positionallyNot 0-0 at half time, LVG would be disappointed.Alright so far, we're letting them into our own half quite a bit though.

PogbaFairly good first half. We really need to be much more adventurous though. Far too defensive from Jose. We've got the players to dominate Southampton. Not enough of having them camped in their half. Zlatan and Pogba have been really good, but not sure about Jose tactic. Are we preoaring to play Pep Or something?Ok we haven't been 10/10 but there have been signs of something special in the making and, above all, I've been really entertained watching this. We are far less predictable than last year. Rooney and Fellaini have done well so far.Would like to see Rashford for Mata at some point, we could really hurt them on the counter with Martial and Rashford.got this fella on the free too.

We need to throw on Mikhi and Herrera/Carrick/Schneiderlin. Speed up the game and put pressure on soton. Right now they are having it too easy and nobody is closing them down quickly. We are also dropping REALLY deep for some reason.Good half overall but we let them in a bit more than you want.
Much better than the first half against Bournemouth, incomparable.Decent half. A lot more to come I think, but Pogba and Ibra by far the standouts there. Both just a level above the rest. Shaw much more involved and Rooney a lot sharper then last week (not hard to be). Martial a few good moments, some where he should be more involved.
Defensively we look a bit vulnerable to counter attacks in the spaces between Blind and Shaw, and then the other side with Valencia tucking in and Mata not covering. Mata off for Mkhitaryan will happen no doubt soon enough, probably not right away though.Good first half. Soton are solid team and well organized.
United have been compact and good on the break. Mata, Valencia, Fellaini are the best three players in our side. Ibra close to that group after a bit of a sluggish start.
