    Chong and Greenwood haven't really impressed. It's so strange, they looked the best players at youth level and can't seem to get up to speed. Meanwhile, others who don't look anything special in the youth team thrive in the premier league. So difficult to judge playing potential. Still have hope for both of them though.

    There is no point in Rojo punting chances off the pitch from 30 yards. That achieves nothing.
     
    People will blame the coaching, perhaps rightfully, but many of these players simply aren't good enough.
    We're suffering from multiple crap transfer windows, and just switching the manager/coaches won't mean immediate success.
     
    Why people having a go at Chong? It's like he's the worse out there and it's not true.

    The idiotic ex-players will be claiming 'it's a process and will take time's. The pathetic narrative which totally ignores what fans have to suffer and pay their hard earned cash on. Lampard has achieved more in 6 games with Chel then Ole has in over 35 games and the evidence of how inept the coaching is there for all to see.
     
    Going to echo what most people are saying Chong has shown nothing during his games for United to suggest Ole should be giving the lad game time.

    Peirera is totally useless as well, he doesn't really look much higher in standard than half of this Rochdale side.
     
    There was this ball we got on the counter and all that was needed was a quick release of the ball to Greenwood who would have been through but Linford held onto the ball far longer(probably bc his head was down and lacked the skill to slip that through ball). And by the time he released the ball it wasn't a dangerous situation anymore.

    Just shows how much Lingard lacks to be playing in that 10 role.
     
    We have a coaching team of Ole whose previous experience of top level management was disaster at Cardiff. Phelan who is well known for not doing training ground work,Carrick who was playing a year back and Mckena who has been promoted straight from youth football and handed over the training regime. Yeah and some Mark Dempsey guy. How are we supposed to compete at top level with this set of people. It can be clearly seen by the way we play, We are under coached and looks clueless most of the time when we have the majority of ball. Right,We don't want to sack the manager but do feck with sentimentality and at least get more experience backroom team to help the Manager.

    They cant rely on crap coaching by people that aren't qualified to be coaching at United but get a pass because they played under fergie.

    I'm fed up of this old boys network at the club and in the media that go easy on their mates.
     
    Don't rate this cup one bit but it'd be a disaster to go out to Rochdale.

    Really need to be getting Greenwood into the game more. Either our midfield needs to create more chances or Greenwood needs to involve himself more and make different runs off the ball.

    Not a clue what Lingard is trying to do.

    It doesn't seem to be Oles's style. He likes to let players get on it. I would love to see Rojo try that under Pep, he would be sold during the half.

    I think the guy was being ironic in the end.
    As I'd barely noticed him until one run and one flicked header.

    If we recruit in anything but a ridiculous way next summer his days anywhere near starting have to be finished after this season.
     
    I hate criticizing youngsters, but that Chong shouldn't be anywhere near the 1st team. Nor should Periera tbh. I think there is a good player in Chong, but it's far too soon for him. If he keeps getting chances and failing in the 1st 11, it's gonna ruin his confidence!
