Wild aimless shots and crosses into the box for most of that half, why is the latter done so much when this United team has no one to score a headed goal? The Rochdale keeper had only one real decent save to make from a Greenwood shot. I would be giving ratings of 4 or 5 to all of the players so far and few of them look totally uninterested

Shite all around. None of the players have had a decent game so far.

This is not City or even a PL side we are facing. It's a pretty shite league one team that we are playing at home. No excuses about money spent or injuries if we can't beat them.

Periera is decent in set pieces, but otherwise as effective as Lingard.

And what even is the point of Chong? Such a nothing player. Literally can't do one thing right.

We need Mata on the pitch instead of Lingard. He will actually be busy and create chances even if he's a bit slow. He gets involved. Lingard is just, shocking right now. The odd thing is if you look at the touches he's had they aren't in the 10 position. Most of them are either on the left or right side. He's drifting round the pitch instead of being in the 10 position. Strange.

Because they don't know how to get inside to the box and make some decent combinations. Stuff that should be prepared beforehand on the training ground.
