Angel Di Maria though..Falcao had a few good touches in the game, played RVP through on goal and could have scored a goal himself. Great debut for all our new players and we still have Luke Shaw!

Hopefully this is the start of us returning back to form. The backline still needs a bit of work but maybe with Rojo and Shaw coming into the team it will get better and better.

I thought RVP was decent, could have done with being selfish rather than pass to Falcao at the end - looked clean through, but generally linked up well, took on some defensive duties too and controlled that Di Maria chance well.- Status
