    With 5 subs it’s up to the starting eleven to do there stuff! then start rotating on the hour mark.
     
    Glad for the chap on here who is flying in to see the game. Great that they get to see a strong team.
     
    Hopefully we can finish these off first half so we can sub on McTominay, Pellistri and Garnacho early. Elanga, Iqbal, Shaw or Sancho the other 2 subs.

    At least Eriksen is getting a rest.

    He seems to more like chopping and changing one or two players around to try find his best team rather than completely switching things around. Ultimately we're still a team finding our footing and best XI so can't blame him for being conservative.
     
    Glad to see the Fred - Casemiro - Bruno/Eriksen midfield finally. I do think there's a good chance that ends up being our best.

    Bit odd to see it in a game like this which is one of the games you'd expect to be able to get away with both Bruno and Eriksen pretty comfortably, though.
     
    Glad eriksen finally gets a rest. I’d of rotated more then that though, I wanna see zidane play in the middle… looked quality in pre season and I thought ten Hag was a youth type manager?…
     
    Wholesale changes were needed here with a brutal set of fixtures next week especially as ten Hag doesn't make much use of subs.

    Newcastle - Spurs - Chelsea all in the space of six days.

    He's going to burn this lot out. Look at how much rotation Guardiola has used over the years.

    We need this result. Too bad we didn't beat Sociedad in the first game, a dead rubber where the youngsters could get a run out would have been nice.
     
    Glad Fred is getting a chance. He hasn’t had much of a look in this season
     
    I would of liked to seen Dalot been rested, he looks very tired lately.

    Think he's means some posters are making out like they've given up on players like Malacia already, and judging by some posts in here he'd be right.
     
    People should stop panicking. The plan is to be at least 2-3 up by half time when changes will begin. All 5 subs by 60 mins.
     
    I'm convinced EtH is going to be successful here, reason being everything Ajax fans told us about him has turned out to be true. The latest one being he doesn't rotate or rest his team as often as he does.

    We were told it would take some time for his methods to work and that it would all be worth it once that happens. That's pretty much the last phase as all other things said about him have been accurate.
     
    Most balanced line up we have had this season. Surprised McT did not get a game though considering suspension.

    Ole didn’t rotate much and we ran out of steam in the semis and the final of the EL. There’s a balance to be had and these are the kind of games where we should be rotating more especially given the October fixture list. This is totally different to Holland.

    That is irritating. They will post training videos but when you click on the video it goes to their site.

    Pity, he was showing some better form for a bit.

    he's brought in Malacia and Fred. He's rested Eriksen who needed one. Casemiro needs game time to get his match fitness up. Varane didn't start, keep him for Sunday. Possibly the only other changes I've made, would be rest De Gea, but no big deal there. I would started Sancho and played Rashford centrally and dropped Ronaldo
