I think it's clear EtH will go stronger than most of us predict. If McTominay isn't fit then Casemiro is 100% starting.

Always tough to predict a line up when you don't know the availability of the likes of Shaw, McTominay, Sancho, Martial. Or Eriksen, now.

I tend to prefer rotation within moderation - only resting players who need it, and who we have competent replacements for. Although with games coming thick and fast, injuries mounting, and going into the game with a 3-0 lead, then I'd probably go a little weaker than usual or that I'm comfortable with.

Assuming the above players are all unavailable for Wednesday, then I'd go with something like...

Forest will likely rotate, they don’t have a realistic chance, so there is no point for them to play full strength away from home after 0-3.
