Obviously it makes no difference whatsoever to our play, but it really pisses me off the way all of the coaching/managerial staff just sit down with their booklets and never really speak to the players. It's almost as if they are saying, we've picked the team, our job is done. You lot get on with it.

There is no passion whatsoever there. Fergie, even into it his latter years, was out on the side of the pitch shouting at the players.
